Made an appointment for an estimate to replace 2 noisy door openers. John D arrived on time worked up an estimate and clearly explained options. After applying appropriate discounts, I agreed and was pleasantly surprised that he could do the job immediately, since his truck was supplied with everything needed. He completed the task quickly and was joined by an associate, Kilian, who assisted. He walked me through the programming and phone app. Both of these men were wonderful and friendly, answered all my concerns. The opener works perfectly and I would certainly recommend them and Precision Door for any garage door issues in the future.

Ethan was prompt, knowledgeable, engaging and did a great job getting the work done. Provided great customer service. Nobody wants to pay to fi a garage door, but nobody wants to be stuck without a functioning garage door either, so all Precision if you need any work done.

We had a sudden (aren't they all?) issue with our garage door opener and needed a quick turnaround. Not only was Precision able to be out here the next day, they were even able to be here earlier than I had scheduled. Ricky, our technician, was great. Explained everything simply and made the process super painless. Also, I must say, as someone who manages a customer service team for a living, the text message "introducing" me to him before he showed up was a very nice touch - one I wish more companies would implement. They were prompt, courteous, friendly and fast. I liked that they gave me a window of 12pm to 4pm and at exactly 12pm, they let me know they were finishing up at another site. Then about 40 minutes later, they called me and said they'd be to me in 10 to 15 minutes, and they were. They were helpful and I highly recommend them.
