I asked, on the phone, if there would be a service charge to reset the remote. The woman was evasive and said I would be given choices. Had I known it would be more than $85. just to do this, I wouldn't have gone through with it. I am sorry I bought this brand door now that I know it would need two services a year just for lubricating the door at $360 per service! I had my last door for 30 years with nothing like this! Nothing wrong with the resetting of the remote, just unfair charge policy.

Booking process (online) was easy and straightforward. Communication was excellent (confirmation, reminders, "on the way"). Provided a photo of the tech - nice touch from a safety perspective. The technician (Jonathan) arrived on time and listened to the issues I was running into with the door. His inspection was thorough and he explained what needed to be repaired/replaced and the options (and what really needed to be done vs what was optional). After he completed the work, he explained and showed what he had done and made sure I was happy with everything. He even left me with a can of spray lubricant and showed me how to care for the rollers. Would definitely recommend. Will use them again if needed.

When I moved into my condo, the keypad and garage door remotes were not working properly. I’m so glad that I contacted Precision Garage Door Service. My technecian Kilian was wonderful. I was running a little late for my appointment with him but when I spoke to him he said not a problem and waited for me to come home. I was extremely satisfied with the work that Luke completed for us today. He’s very personable and clearly quite knowledgeable in his line of work. Just sage advice. Then he went to work. In about 45 min he was done. He showed us the outcome of two door replacement panels and a minor repair. Explained the breakdown of the bill and warranty info.
