Randy, the technician sent to assess my garage door was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He found the issue immediately, and was able to repair everything in a timely fashion. I was extremely satisfied with the work that Luke completed for us today. He’s very personable and clearly quite knowledgeable in his line of work. We advised him of the issues we wanted taken care of and he immediately looked at it all, assessed it quickly and gave us his take on it. Then he gave us options on what we could do . No pressure. Just sage advice. Then he went to work. In about 45 min he was done. He showed us the outcome of two door replacement panels and a minor repair. Explained the breakdown of the bill and warranty info. He was very nice and extremely professional. I wish all experiences with work in the home were this good. I will certainly recommend Précision to all who need garage door work. I called today and got an appointment for only hours later. Quite a surprise. Thanks to Luke and a terrific experience.

My technecian Kilian was wonderful. I was running a little late for my appointment with him but when I spoke to him he said not a problem and waited for me to come home. My garage door needed a maintenace check and he did a thorough job checking everything out. He was professional and understanding when I had questions. He also pointed out a potential issue I will be having and we spoke about it and he gave me an estimate right away. I have been using Precision Garage Door for years and I will never use anyone else.
