Very prompt, very thorough and very professional service. Jon arrived at the appointment time and gave a very thorough inspection of the garage door and explained its workings and then made his recommendations as how to solve my issues. There were several solutions. When the method was chosen, he immediately began the repair process and completed it in minimum time. New operation instructions were given until I was comfortable with the new equipment. I have used this company before and have always been pleased with the business and their staff.

Precision Garage Doors is always such a great company to deal with. Our serviceman, Jon Wilson, called a half hour before arrival and he was so pleasant to deal with. I explained our issues with two of the garage doors not working after a bad storm and he went above and beyond to fix the problem. He even cleaned both sides of the bottom of the doors as the storm caused some debris to clog that area of the driveway. I would highly recommend using this company and hope that you will have Jon Wilson help you. He is a terrifc asset to Precision Garage Doors.

Service was arranged at the day of the request. David explains all the options, but did not try to sell anything. The work was done quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with the results. The price seems to me to be a bit high, but I have no objective criteria to assess this.

First of all our Tech John couldn’t have been more professional and a real nice guy He gave us a few options explained our options and didn’t pressure us at all The response time from the time we called for an appointment till it actually happened was less then 24 hours which was great Also he was able to install a new garage door opener at the same time had inventory on truck that was great

We have called on Precision Garage Door Company in the past for a garage door motor and to install new remote access keypads. Their customer service has always been impeccable from answering the first phone call, to punctually arriving to give a quote or to make repairs and completing the work. Service Technicians are polite, courteous, helpful and always ready to answer customer's umpteen questions with patience. We just had a new garage door installed and the experience was smooth from start to finish.
