You responded to my initial inquiry within an hour and set up an appointment to fit my schedule. You then contacted me to say a representative was going to be in my area earlier than expected if that would work for me. You sent an email and text to inform me who would be coming and when he would arrive. Jonathan Wilson introduced himself, was professional and explained what was needed to repair my garage door. Precision is a top notch company. From my 1st phone call -- friendly and courteous. Kept me informed when technician would arrive. Sent a bio of tech with a picture. Charlie was amazing. He even asked if I wanted him to remove his shoes before entering my home ! Gave me options for repairs needed with prices. Helped me to make a decision to best fit my needs. I just had Precision Garage Door service an automatic garage door at my new home. I had used them previously at another home I had owned and after getting an exorbitant price from another contractor, I decided to call Precision again. I learned my lesson. I will ONLY use Precision from now on. Jon was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and they were reasonably priced. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and they will definitely be my first call from now on.

Precision Garage Door Company did outstanding workmanship with the installation of two LiftMaster model #87504-267 ultra-quiet belt drive, battery backup with built in security cameras. Charlie Baldissard, the installer guided me with the best units for my needs at my house, was meticulous, high integrity, very professional with an impeccable eye for detail. He was patient, took the time to answer all my questions and completely setup the mobile app as extremely user friendly requiring no technical knowledge to operate. The website claims that it is a free service call, which actually means just the phone call. Once they are onsite they inspect your door and without doing any service, demand an $89 for the inspection !
