First of all our Tech John couldn’t have been more professional and a real nice guy He gave us a few options explained our options and didn’t pressure us at all The response time from the time we called for an appointment till it actually happened was less then 24 hours which was great Also he was able to install a new garage door opener at the same time had inventory on truck that was great

We have called on Precision Garage Door Company in the past for a garage door motor and to install new remote access keypads. Their customer service has always been impeccable from answering the first phone call, to punctually arriving to give a quote or to make repairs and completing the work. Service Technicians are polite, courteous, helpful and always ready to answer customer's umpteen questions with patience. We just had a new garage door installed and the experience was smooth from start to finish. We would like to personally thank Michael LaPorta, Tim and Nick who installed the door, as well as the ladies who communicated with us via email and telephone to reconfirm our order and appointment. WHEN I HAD A NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER PUT IN TWO YEARS AGO IT WAS THE BEST DECISSION , THE SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC , THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEIR WORK WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. NOW I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY KEY PAD, I CALLED TODAY AND WITHIN A FEW HOURS THEY CAME SAME DAY. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN , ETHAN TSIRULIK WAS PROMT, POLITE , AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN SHORT TIME. HE LOOKED OVER ALL THE WORKING PARTS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN GOOD ORDER AND I DID NOT EVEN ASK HIM TO DO THIS. I WOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE THANK YOU PRECISION AND ETHAN

Well, we had a little mishap. After residing our garage, the garage door lock no longer worked. Getting an appointment was easy. Instead of a frustrating automated phone system, I quickly reached a helpful human who booked our appointment with only a 3-day wait. The servicing tech was in constant contact with texts and phone calls. He arrived on time, and fixed the problem. No drama. The customer service end is excellent.

W/ a professional manner and skilled “precision,” our technician arrived on schedule. All our concerns were addressed within an hour, far quicker than what we anticipated. Garage remote was set and “proudly” it was rekindled - once again- onto car visor!!! What a relief to have it back in my life. Although a “small job” today, there are always potentials- for tomorrows!
