My garage door stopped working suddenly and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was able to come the next day to take a look. Alan was the technician and he explained in detail the issue as well as the various options to fix the issue. Alan did a tremendous job. Springs broke the night before, I called the next morning and the repair was done by early afternoon. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Alan even recommended replacing the bearings on the upper rollers at the same time. After 16 years of wear and tear I’m sure it needed it and I can tell it runs much smoother. Great job

I cannot say enough good things about Precision. The arm to our garage door broke the day after christmas and we were scrambling to figure out how to fix it. We called precision who sent someone out that day! Making an appointment was so easy and the customer service was amazing. David called us when he was on his way and texted us an ETA tracker. He was very professional and kind during the whole process. David did not try to sell us on things we did not need and was very honest on what needed to be fixed and the different options and prices included in solving the problem. He was able to show us all our options on a tablet with side by side comparisons so we could pick what was right for our needs. David had the parts to fix our garage door within the hour. David was beyond amazing and we will be using Precision for any further needs. Thank you!
