James Nicoll explained the pros and cons of three different solutions to the problem I'd been having, but didn't pressure me to choose any particular one. Our appointment was scheduled the day after I called. James, our service representative arrived on time, and after examining the problem offered us three alternatives, ranging from a simple replacement of the damaged part to replacing our 17 year old motor and installing a new one that would have prevented the problem we had. After we made the decision, James did the necessary repairs and installed the new motor. I recommend Precision Door Service for the service they provide.

I used their online scheduler which worked well. The tech was very knowledgeable did the right thing. Broken spring replaced both and all cables lubricated everything. Very quiet and operates great.

Brian Hallock did a fantastic job. He educated me on the overall problem, provided various quotes and described the work in a way I could easily understand. The results were first rate. More expensive than I had anticipated, but the quality of the parts and work made the investment worth it. Replaced all springs, roller, new key pad, new remote keys, cables, the works.

Great Service: Very Professional company. My garage stopped working on a weekend. A lot of companies who does garage service were not open and Precision listing was showing up as the first listing on non-Advertainment section of the google search. Called the number on the site and they were able to immediately schedule a service technician visit. The person who came to my location was Ryan Murphy. There was web base system where I could track the progress on the arrival of the service tech and when he arrived, he right away went to work. Analyzed the problem and gave me multiple service options at different price points so that I could choose what work best for me. Once I determined what I would like to do, he got it done in a couple of hours and the garage was fully functional and way better than it used to be. These guys are honest, no-nonsense professionals. No upselling or marketing of products. They give you options and let you choose what you need. I would highly recommend them. An A+ Company

I decided on Precision after reading reviews in my area. Chris K was my technician and he was just awesome! He thoroughly explained his review of our old lift master motors and openers and gave me an honest assessment of repairs needed at this time. He was professional and polite and very knowledgeable. He installed a new system on one side of our garage and did maintenance on the other. He did not rush and was very patient explaining to me how the new system and remotes work. I will highly recommend Chris K and Precision going forward to anyone who asks if I know of a reliable, fast and on time service. Such a quick response! We were kept informed of the technician's arrival time. Luke was so pleasant and competent. He recognized the problem immediately, gave us options, and completed the work in a timely manner. We would use Luke and Precision again without hesitation.
