This was undoubtedly the best experience I have had! The flyer for Precision Doors was in a weekly mailer that I received last week. I began having trouble with the opener a month ago. Periodically I could get it to work but not consistently. Knowing that the open was over 20 years old, I expected it needed more than just a tune up. Shane, the technician who came, gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and offered 3 levels of service to repair the problem. Basically the opener had to be replaced. He worked tirelessly to replace my door opener. I would strongly recommend this company for service and/or replacement of a garage door and/or garage door opener. They were honest and straight forward in the approach. At no time was I made to feel uncomfortable with the service. My new opener is much quieter than the previous opener and I believe it will provide me with years of service!

Unfortunately, the garage door opener was no longer available (company went out of business) and the universal opener he tried did not work. Mike the installer was great! He was very professional and courteous. I really like the new opener. It is much quieter. I used Precision because they installed some new springs on the same door about 10 years ago. The springs are still in great shape.

Shane arrived on time and performed the necessary repairs. Actual repairs took less than thirty minutes and I paid $500. Shame on me. I suggest if you need garage door repaired look elsewhere.

Had trouble reconnecting WiFi with MyQ. Matt came and spent a lot of time troubleshooting, including spending much of that time on the phone with the manufacturer. He went through the reconnect process countless times, and was determined to solve the problem no matter what it took. In a situation that could have become very frustrating, he remained courteous and professional, which is probably more than I could have done. Finally, he corrected the issue, and all is well. Matt's da man!
