The repair work was quick and easy, and David Bryan was informative and polite, going over the options and estimated costs with me, allowing me to make the best choice for my situation and needs. I received an email the day before, with information about what to expect, and two calls the day of the appointment, along with an email and "tracker" to see where Mr. Bryan was.

Brian Hallock did a fantastic job. He educated me on the overall problem, provided various quotes and described the work in a way I could easily understand. The results were first rate. More expensive than I had anticipated, but the quality of the parts and work made the investment worth it. Replaced all springs, roller, new key pad, new remote keys, cables, the works.

Great Service: Very Professional company. My garage stopped working on a weekend. A lot of companies who does garage service were not open and Precision listing was showing up as the first listing on non-Advertainment section of the google search. Called the number on the site and they were able to immediately schedule a service technician visit. The person who came to my location was Ryan Murphy. There was web base system where I could track the progress on the arrival of the service tech and when he arrived, he right away went to work. Analyzed the problem and gave me multiple service options at different price points so that I could choose what work best for me. Once I determined what I would like to do, he got it done in a couple of hours and the garage was fully functional and way better than it used to be. These guys are honest, no-nonsense professionals. No upselling or marketing of products. They give you options and let you choose what you need. I would highly recommend them. An A+ Company

I decided on Precision after reading reviews in my area. Chris K was my technician and he was just awesome! He thoroughly explained his review of our old lift master motors and openers and gave me an honest assessment of repairs needed at this time. He was professional and polite and very knowledgeable. He installed a new system on one side of our garage and did maintenance on the other. He did not rush and was very patient explaining to me how the new system and remotes work. I will highly recommend Chris K and Precision going forward to anyone who asks if I know of a reliable, fast and on time service. I found Precision because of a newspaper ad in The Star Ledger and a Money Mailer coupon. Your scheduling was prompt and the technician, Ferdinand K. was both personable and professional. He took time to explain our various options and costs and his installation was quick, efficient and neat. Taking the old opener away for no extra charge was an added bonus. The spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision on 12/30 and they were able to come out on New Year's eve. Ferdinand was very professional and explained everything to me. They send a text with the technicians picture and a text letting me know he is on the way. He replaced the springs and cables very efficiently and lubricated the door. The door works great.
