Anthony came as scheduled & explained our options for new garage doors. He was friendly & professional. He was also kind enough to go back to the showroom & return a short while later with an actual sample of the garage door color we were considering. On the day of installation, Chris arrived as scheduled & did a neat & excellent job. Even though our new garage doors were delayed in production from the original time frame of 3 weeks, it was worth the wait since the medium wood-grain color matches our house. It was also a pleasure dealing with Teresa in the office.

I would rate Precision Door Service a 5 Star rating as I was extremely happy with the efficient service and the quality of work that had been done on our garage doors. I initially needed a new spring for one garage door, but replaced two others as they had been the same age as the other one and had been worn as well. Tim explained everything in detail and also suggested other preventative maintenance things that would need attention in the future. He was very pleasant and cleaned up everything after his work was complete. I was especially impressed with the same day service and the fact that the truck was well stocked in the event we needed something else done at the time. Thank you and I will be sure to recommend Precision to other people and should I need any future repairs, I will be sure to call you.
