Precision put up my garage door opener in 2009 & had to replace th battery in 2011 & today. There customer service is exceptional.. They are courteous & call before the appt & if they're running late . They accept coupons & AAA discounts too. I would highly recommend them.

Tim did a great job fixing my door - I had a broken spring, but since it was clear the other one was going to fail soon, I opted to have the door essentially overhauled. Now I basically have a new door and the benefit of a lifetime warranty. Tim really knows his business and really enjoys what he does. I called at 7 a.m., and I can't believe I had everything fixed by 1 p.m.

Cables, pulleys, rollers and springs replaced. Technician was prompt, courteous and clearly communicated repair options, costs and warranties. Precision performed similar repairs on my other garage two years ago and I was impressed with that work, so called Precision for repair on this door as well.

Just got a new belt drive garage opener, Tim, the installer was great, he fully explained what was needed, what it would cost, and ran me though the operation of the door, remote and keypad when it was done, a true pro! a great job!

Everything was done with professionalism, from the prompt callback to the completion of the job. Kevin N called to determine the best time to come and then again to let me know when he was on his way. He was polite and knowledgeable. He described all our options and answered our questions very well. He replaced a broken spring as well as the other spring, pulleys, cables, and hinges. He tested everything, made sure we had no other questions, and was on his way. I will not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone. Thank you!

I have used Precision Door many times and have always been pleased with their service. Today I had an appointment time from between 12 and 4 p.m. Robert, the technician, called me and told me he could come earlier. He arrived at 10:00 a.m. He replaced the weatherstripping on the bottom of my garage door and also the springs and pulleys. He also showed me how to do the balance test and explained everything to me. He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Thank you to Robert and Precision for another great job.

My garage door would not close. It kept riding up. I called Precision Door, a technician came out at the promised time. He spent time to explain to me what the problem was and fixed it right away.
