Kevin, our serviceman, arrived within the promised time frame. He evaluated the problem with our garage door opener. Due to its age, repairing was not an option. He gave me a choice of three new openers that he had on his truck. Kevin installed a new one in about an hour. He explained clearly how to use it. He was knowledgeable and extremely personable. He cleaned up after the job and took away the old unit. We are very satisfied with our new opener.

I needed my garage door fixed and was trying to find someone local the night of the Super Bowl. Wyatt was awesome, very professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with options from low cost to high cost. While he was fixing our key pad he noticed our spring was about to snap, thankfully we caught it and he was able to replace them with a better quality spring based on our needs.

The open lines of communication between Rob, the service manager, and Thomas, the service technician, only enhanced the experience. The technician was totally professional and personable and Precision has excellent customer service. However , I was very disappointed at being charged close to $500 for two new garage door openers. That just seems outrageous.

I couldn't have been more pleased with Precision's service and in particular, the outstanding technician, Vincent L.,. Vincent arrived at our house within 3 hours of our call and spent the next couple of hours in the frigid cold completely updating the garage door opener system. He was excellent - incredibly courteous, and professional. He clearly explained the current condition of the system, gave us 3 price point repair options to consider, answered questions from both myself as well as from my husband via conference call. If there was a higher rating than 5 star, this company and their tech deserve it.

These guys are great! I woke up to my fiancé unable to open the garage door and get her car out and immediately went online and placed an appointment to have it looked at. The manager, Rob, reached out to me within minutes to learn more about the issue, and the tech, Mike, was at my house within a couple hours. Mike explained everything that was wrong, what could cause problems for me in the future, and created 3 different quotes to best fit my needs. After confirming what I wanted done, Mike already had all the necessary parts and was able to complete the job (which was pretty much everything but the door itself) in a couple hours. He even re-spliced the wire for the sensor on my other door free of charge! Afterwards, he went over everything he did one more time and showed me how it all operates. Will definitely be using them again when my other door goes!
