I have had Precision to install my garage doors on my home over 10 years ago and I was very happy with the service then and the same today . Ethan was great he was very helpful with explaining how to program as operation of such he even programed my cars to the door opener . Great service

Wish I could rate them even higher. So great to deal with a company that is just outstanding with Customer Service. Easy and quick to set an appointment (same day no less) with great communication to follow up - from asking for some additional information on our needs to keeping up-to-date on when the technician would arrive. The outstanding performance continued with our technician, Shane. Very professional and communicated in a manner we could understand. Worked efficiently and we were very happy with the results. Plus ---- a very nice guy. Precision Garage Door will always be our "go to" place for garage door needs.

I called Precision to have my garage doors serviced. Brian the technician was polite and on time. He explained what was needed to get our doors to operate safe, due to it was a long time since our last service with Precision. The doors now operate so quietly. I would definitely recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.

It was easy to book a quick repair appointment. Precision follows up constantly with arrival time updates - that is very helpful. Once here, Charlie B was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained all our options for the repair/replacement in detail and without any sales pressure. He couldn’t be any more helpful…. I own a house with a 2 Car Garage which, when the house was built, were made of Wood and Glass. These doors were heavy and the Springs would snap every so often. It was time to get brand new Insulated Steel doors and also New Garage Door Openers. Tim and his Associate came to my home and broke down the old garage doors and openers and set up 2 NEW Doors, with a Whole new Set-Up, Railings, Safety Spring Systems, Openers, Everything Brand New! Even has Sensors on the ground level incase something gets in the way, it stops! Tim showed me how to work the outside Key-Pad and how to program my Own Code and even better, 2 remote controls for 2 cars that can open either door you want open! I actually got more than I thought I purchased when I ordered the doors! Everything was Quick and Easy, from Having Mike come out to give me a estimate and take measurements and pick my Style of door I liked on a Saturday to Tim and his Associate coming 4 days later and breaking down the old equipment and installing ALL BRAND NEW Equipment in less than 4 hours! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for Any repair or rebuild you may need. They are Completely Professional and the Quality of Materials and Workmanship Shows!

Broken cable and spring so could not get my car out of the garage. Repair was scheduled quickly for next day. The service technician, Shane, was excellent. The website claims that it is a free service call, which actually means just the phone call. Once they are onsite they inspect your door and without doing any service, demand an $89 for the inspection !
