Alan from Precision called and said he could arrive a little earlier than my 2pm appointment. When he came in and saw my problem he gave me 3 options and explained each. He then fixed the problem in about an hour. He was a very nice young man and did a great job.

We were having difficulty with our garage door - it was becoming more difficult to close. And it was rubbing against and pulling out the bolts holding the motor to the wall. Jeff came to review the situation. He called before he arrived, and was on time. He diagnosed our situation, gave us several options, and fixed our issue. While doing so, he also eliminated a loud squeak that we've had for years. We were very pleased with Jeff and the service we received.

Service was here at 9 am which I sincerely appreciated since could not get my car out of garage with broken wire/reel. Allot of work recommended to upgrade some old equipment which I approved so overall job was completed within the hour and both Kevin and Alex professional and courteous. Alan kept us informed each step of the way. Once new motor was installed, Alan gave us a tutorial of how to operate the new system. Ricky fully inspected my door and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then presented some options with the costs clearly explained. The repair itself took about an hour and my door was back to working perfectly. He gave me some ideas for future maintenance/upgrades, and emailed me a quote, but there was no pressure to purchase anything right now.

I had an issue with my garage door remote not working on a consistent basis. Precision was extremely quick with their response and appointment time. Customer service was top notch. When the tech arrived, I thought I was going to get a hard sell to buy all new motors and equipment. But the tech was kind and courteous as he explained it was an issue with the LED lightbulbs I was using. How refreshing it is to deal with a company that is not trying to oversell something that is not needed. I rarely write review but I had to based on how impressed I was with my experience. When my garage door openers do finally give out, I will definitely be using Precision. Highly recommend!

The response to our request for service was met promptly and the service, which involved more than the originally requested spring replacements, was performed on the spot and very professionally. Our Technician, Tyler was an excellent communicator and made us aware of issues with our 23 year old openers that we chose to also address. The work was performed efficiently and neatly. After reading the reviews online and on a friend's recommendation, we decided that Precision was the company to repair our garage door springs and rollers. We got an appointment the very next day and Randy the technician arrived exactly on time. Randy was extremely professional and friendly. He quickly identified the issues and within a few minutes presented us with several detailed options. Randy then got to work and within about an hour or so he had the garage door operating like a dream. Before leaving, Randy explained completely what he had done and gave me some quick maintenance tips. We are very satisfied with Precision and recommend their services.
