I contacted Precision Garage on Tuesday late evening. Alan Ramirez was at our house on Wednesday morning to look at the garage door my wife banged while backing up. Alan was highly professional and courteus. He looked at the damage carefully and explained all options to me. He clearly demonstrated his expertise on the garage doors. We decided to replace the door. He carefully measured all dimensions, looked at matching colors etc. I highly commend Alan and Precision Garage and look forward to an early installation of the new garage door.

Unfortunately, the garage door opener was no longer available (company went out of business) and the universal opener he tried did not work.
