When I moved into my condo, the keypad and garage door remotes were not working properly. I’m so glad that I contacted Precision Garage Door Service. John arrived promptly, assessed my situation, explained the problem with my system and clearly explained the possible options available. John installed a new system and also changed the rollers and springs. When done, he clearly demonstrated the new keypad and remote. I couldn’t believe how quietly the garage door now opened! This service was for a follow up for the garage door I replaced last year. Recently the door was operating a little more louder so I needed it to be checked. The technician evaluated all of the components and advised I replace some of the parts to enable quieter operation. I authorized the work and am totally satisfied with the result which took less than an hour to complete including additional lubrication. The only reason I rated 4 stars vs 5 stars is the cost was a little more than expected.

Kevin arrived at the earliest of the time frame/ window, which was very appreciated. Upon arrival, Kevin was very friendly (Go Jets !!!) and after accessing the problem with the garage door, he gave me three options for repair. He was not pushy toward any particular option. Ethan was excellent right from the start. He carefully analyzed the existing openers and mechanical systems and made clear recommendations as to the options going forward. Two of my openers are over 30 years old and the third one 14 years old. I decided to replace both old units. Ethan replaced them in a timely manner including programming to operate remotely and from my car. All in all a fairly painless process well executed.

My technecian Kilian was wonderful. I was running a little late for my appointment with him but when I spoke to him he said not a problem and waited for me to come home. My garage door needed a maintenace check and he did a thorough job checking everything out. He was professional and understanding when I had questions. He also pointed out a potential issue I will be having and we spoke about it and he gave me an estimate right away. I have been using Precision Garage Door for years and I will never use anyone else.

Our garage door opener had not been operating properly for several days. It would open but we could not get it to close. Sometimes it would operate properly for a day or two and then not close at all after opening on another day. We made an appointment with the Precision office and they came as soon as possible on a Sunday afternoon. We had the pleasure of having Michael Dillion a the service techincian who came to our home today, ontime as scheduled. He was able to quickly ascertain the reason for the malfunction of our garage door opener. He was very knowledgeable and courteous in explaining what was happening with our opener. He discussed the solution to our problem and suggested that because of its age, it was byond its life expectancy. He recommened a new unit and had it installed in an hour or less. It is a great unit, and comes with a lifetime guarantee! We had Micheal replace another of our openers just over a year ago and were delighted that he was the tech who did our work again today. We highly recommend Precision and Michael Dillion for his exellent work. Should we have any problems in the future, and we hope we don't, we would want to have Michael Dillon again.

I was extremely satisfied with the work that Luke completed for us today. He’s very personable and clearly quite knowledgeable in his line of work. We advised him of the issues we wanted taken care of and he immediately looked at it all, assessed it quickly and gave us his take on it. Then he gave us options on what we could do . No pressure. Just sage advice. Then he went to work. In about 45 min he was done. He showed us the outcome of two door replacement panels and a minor repair. Explained the breakdown of the bill and warranty info. He was very nice and extremely professional. I wish all experiences with work in the home were this good. I will certainly recommend Précision to all who need garage door work. Two years ago Precision serviced my old LiftMaster. Today I called because the garage door was going down hard and reopening. The lady taking my call was professional and cheery. Within a couple of hours Tom arrived; fixed the old garage door once again. I know that I need to replace the old motor. But Tom gave the old motor a few more days. Everything about Precision Garage Door service is user friendly; the website, the call center, the status updates and especially the staff.

After 20& years our old opener just wore out. Caused uneven closing and door reversal. We saw advertisements for Precision so I scheduled an online appointment. Very convenient! Our tech, Al, arrived right on time as promised! Our service tech Al replaced the opener and installed new rollers. Al did a nice neat clean job. Also a very polite young man. When my garage door opener stopped working on a Tuesday evening, I called Precision Door Wednesday morning. I was very familiar with Precision because they done repairs for me in the past. A technician arrived around 11:30 am that same day. Jonathan was professional and knew what he was doing. I received three repair options that explained exactly what each option included. I made my choice and the job was completed by 1pm
