We needed a new garage door keypad. I was able to schedule next day service, which was great. Kilian arrived well within the time window, was extremely professional, and efficiently took care of the problem. He also examined the rest of our system and identified a fraying door cable. We will be very happy to get that replaced before it breaks on us in an unpleasant surprise. I was extremely happy with Precision Garage Door Service and would highly recommend them.

Precision Overhead Garage Door were new to me so my expectations were optimistic. Happily I can honestly say they performed amazingly, from the first call to book an appointment, which was painless and quick. They were very courteous on arrival, listened to my issues and then didd a full assessment of the problem, before making there recommendations. These were broken down into 3 options each of which was clearly explained as to cost/benefit. After agreeing on the best solution for me the work was carried out speedily and in the estimated time frame. All old materials were removed from the site and it was left clean and tidy. I couldn’t have been more pleased/satisfied with the service! Great job, thanks!

If I had to do the whole thing over again, I can't think of a single thing I would want to change...well, maybe having the manufacturer deliver the door a bit sooner. But even there, the delivery time was pretty much as expected. The installers were professional, friendly and more than happy to explain things in a way that even someone as technically challenged as myself could understand. The office staff was also helpful. They did all they could to accommodate my schedule. All things considered, a great experience.

AAMAZZZING!!! From the first phone call through the final installation, the customer service was truly outstanding. Our installer, Kevin, was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us several options. Once we decided, he completed the installation in under 90 minutes and then took extra time to help us set up the keypad and mobile app. Kudos to Kevin, and thank you for making this such a seamless experience.

As a follow up to the installation two days ago, I tried to set up the wireless keypad, and it did not work. Also having difficulty with the app on my phone. Called for support but was told can’t assist over the phone. Asked if someone could come over today and person said no. Not coming until Saturday to address something that probably would not take too long to resolve.

Tommy came by to fix our garage door motor and hardware -the day after a huge snow storm. He showed up on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and walked us through our various options. He answered all of our questions and helped us make an informed decision. After he completed the installation, he walked us through programming a new code and showed us how to use everything.
