Tyler Soni and his Assistant were here at my house Right On Time this morning and Serviced Both of my Garage Doors Quickly and with Care for my Household! They tightened up my Springs on both doors and Lubricated the Rollers which were beginning to squeak a little after having both doors installed in April of 2025. Both Doors are working as if they were installed yesterday! This Service Performed today was a "Garage Door Tune-Up" which is not Listed below

I had Precision Garage Door replace the bottom rubber seals on my two garage doors. The technician was professional, arrived on time, and did a quality job installing the new seals. He also took the time to inspect the doors, explain a few other issues he noticed, and answered my questions without being pushy. I appreciated his knowledge and the quality of the workmanship. The only downside is the pricing. Precision’s services are definitely on the expensive side compared to other companies. While I’m satisfied with the work that was completed, I would recommend getting a few quotes beforehand if cost is an important consideration. Overall, a good experience with excellent service, but be prepared to pay a premium

I made an online appt on Sunday afternoon and my service tech. Matthew was on time the next morning (Monday). He inspected my garage door, provided a detailed repair estimate on the spot. He was very knowledgeable and professional. All repairs completed that morning. Highly recommend!

I am having buyers remorse after using your company. In hindsight I see that I was way overcharged for the service received. I accept full responsibility for allowing that to happen. I should have challenged the pricing before agreeing to the work. That being said, I will not be recommending Precision Door Services should I be asked. Later I will be going on social media to describe my experience with this company. I purchased 2 springs, 2 cables, 4 pulleys and 10 rollers. The drop down box below will only allow me to choose one item.

I have been dealing with Precision for 22 years and have always been satisfied with them. My original garage door opener has lasted me all these years. My door opener finally broke down, and I called Precision for service. They came to my house the next day. Needless to say, I needed a new garage door opener. Very professional serviceman (Jonathan), on time, and the work is high quality and impeccable. We use our garage like the home's front door. He repaired my broken coil spring, and also changed the motor and all bearings and wheels. His examination of the entire system was thorough and honest. Excellent service! Pleasant technician responded to my problem in less than a hour. He gave me three options for the repairs that I needed. He gave me 3 quotes based to the options. After the work was completed, he took plenty of time to explain the repairs to me. I have used Precision before and I will be sure to call them again if I ever have a problem with my garage door.

He completed the option I chose, prepared the bill quickly, took my payment-and all this in the midst of the chaos of the lawn service arriving just as he did. I am beyond pleased! Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did an outstanding job of repairing our garage door today. Booking the service visit was easy. We called their Bergen County phone line, spoke to a representative and had the same morning appointment scheduled within 5 minutes. Charlie , their technician, arrived on time, having called a half hour before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Charlie evaluated the condition of the garage door mechanism and within 15 minutes presented me with three options to solve the issue. We chose the repair option that made most sense for us. Within an hour and 15 minutes that garage door was working perfectly. Precision is the company to call if you want world class service for garage door repairs. I recommend them without reservation. And special kudos to Charlie. He was an terrific professional who delivered with excellence.

Tyler just finished installing a garage door opener at our home. There were three packages that we could choose from. Tyler was knowledgeable about all the packages and helped us choose what was right for us. He said he would be done in about an hour, and he was done in about an hour. After the installation was complete, Tyler explained the user process to us and took payment easily. Tyler is an excellent listener; he does a great job representing Precision. BTW... This is our second 5 star review for Precision.

My wife and I have used your service several times in the last few years. I own a rental apt at 6 Pebble and she has used you 3-4 times in our home on Quarry Drive in Woodland Park. The service was fine however this will be the last time either of us will deal with you. A neighbor replaced the spring on a double garage door using a different company 2 months ago. He was charged $470. For a single door you charged me $1340. Congratulations you beat me this one time.
