Tyler just finished installing a garage door opener at our home. There were three packages that we could choose from. Tyler was knowledgeable about all the packages and helped us choose what was right for us. He said he would be done in about an hour, and he was done in about an hour. After the installation was complete, Tyler explained the user process to us and took payment easily. Tyler is an excellent listener; he does a great job representing Precision. BTW... This is our second 5 star review for Precision.

My wife and I have used your service several times in the last few years. I own a rental apt at 6 Pebble and she has used you 3-4 times in our home on Quarry Drive in Woodland Park. The service was fine however this will be the last time either of us will deal with you. A neighbor replaced the spring on a double garage door using a different company 2 months ago. He was charged $470. For a single door you charged me $1340. Congratulations you beat me this one time.

I was happy to get an appointment the day after I called. The technician (Jeff) called in advance of his arrival, arrived on time, and was very polite, courteous, and professional. He knew what he was talking about and fixed the problem quickly; he checked to be sure that it was done successfully. He also clearly told me the options for additional service without feeling that he was pressuring me or pushing me to buy something that I did not need. I was happy overall and would recommend Precision for garage door service.

Excellent no-fuss installation by your technician Vincent LoVerde. He knew his stuff, anwered all my questions, took away all the parts of our old garage door opener, and had plenty of patience to show me how to use wifi access to the garage door.

Randy came to my place at the agreed time and Precision kept me informed about the timing . Randy was very professional and helpful. He explained all the issues and recommend 3 different options. We chose the best option and Randy went right to work. Replacing the cables , motor, bearings , roller, springs and keypads. Randy took about 3 hours and did a great job. Money well invested , we are more than satisfied with the results. Just wanted to also mention there was never any pressure to purchase anything and take something I wasn’t comfortable with. This week, I finally decided to buy (vs. repair) my garage doors and scheduled estimate visits with three companies. I met with the first one yesterday; Precision today; and the third scheduled for Monday. No need. I made my decision and have signed a contract based on my interaction with the Precision rep (“Jimmy”) who arrived on time and then took his time to do what I saw as a very detailed inspection. He was also very personable and patient with me and my many questions throughout this process, which I appreciated. This job hasn’t even started but gets five stars in my eyes for customer service alone.

Precision had previously worked on our garage doors. This time a very old spring broke. A technician, Thomas, came in less than 24 hours. Not only did he fix the broken spring he also suggested additional important safety measures that were obvious after he pointed them out. Everything was done in about an hour.
