I called Precision Door service because my garage door was acting up and not closing properly. They were great in giving me an early appointment to examine the problem. Shane, one of their most knowlegeable techicinians came and using his expertise solved my problem. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. They were great! We wanted to have a LiftMaster garage door opener replaced. We wanted the LiftMaster 6690L installed the installer said it would be $1800 and then reduce it to $1400. These prices are outrageous. We had it done for $1000. We’re very happy and we will never be recommending your company again to our family, friends and neighbors. I’m sure you won’t post this on your webpage. It’s too embarrassing for your company. I don’t blame you, but we will no longer be using a recommending your company for this point forward.

Thank you to Precision Overhead Garage Door and Shane H for exceptional service. First of all, same day service! Wow! Shane arrived within the time frame we were told and did an exceptional job replacing and servicing our door needs. He explained everything to us when he completed the job and made sure we understood how to work the outside remote pad, car remotes and inside door pad and all the work he had just completed over a few hours. We could just tell he really worked in earnest and didn't rush just to get on to the next job. He made sure he cleaned up before he left and that's a real "plus" in my book! Tech Thomas Sackmann was amazing. Very knowledgeable and great personality. He explained what had to be done on the garage door. He made sure he covered all the options that I had for the repair. Was not pushy, I made up my own mind. His workmanship was outstanding and he did not leave until everything was repaired and working as it should. Any questions that I had were answered. Precision Overhead Garage door has worked at my home two years ago and did a great job. This week an issue developed with a different garage door. I called and the receptionist was very helpful, polite and quickly scheduled an appointment the next Day.
