Second time I have used Precision. First time was a quick repair and was easy and quick. This time replace a bunch of parts and 2 openers. David was great from beginning to end. Went over all the options in detail and priced each one out. Agreed on what needed to get done and I was up and running in a couple of hours. David was professional and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I’m a customer for life.

I am totally impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by this company. Right after I booked the appointment, I received a text from the service manager. He let me know when I could expect the technician. The technician let me know how far out he was and then I received a text with his photo and some info about him. He was professional, courteous and helpful. Fortunately, it was a relatively easy fix, but I will be using this company very soon to replace my opener.

On 1/13/25, I had the motor in my garage door replaced. The old motor was purchased in 2024. The technician did an excellent job. He installed the new garage door opener, provided new remote openers, and installed the new door openers outside the garage door. He worked efficiently and cleaned up all the mess. This individual knew his job and performed it well. Any questions I had were answered. I am very pleased with the completed task and would recommend this company for their excellent work performance.

I called Precision Garage Door Service to fix my garage door on a Saturday during the winter, meaning it was an emergency as I didn't want to leave my car outdoors. Their service was outstanding. From the first phone call to the repair service, Precision showed a remarkable customer service. The reason why I am giving four stars, it's because I felt the service was way overpriced. As a comparison, I did a similar service in my previous home garage door 2 years ago and paid less than 1/3 of the price. That other company was not available to do the emergency service for me today.

I'll put it this way, price was right, door was of high quality and exactly what we wanted; installation was quick and fault free; installer was quick and pleasant to converse with and we couldn't be happier. Very professional and met all of our expectations. Fred was exceptionally courteous and he got the door done fast - you should have more of his type as he is super. All done on a 15 degree day.

I had a phenomenal experience with Precision, thanks to Ethan! My 1995 Craftsman Garage Door Opener finally gave out, and Precision was able to come out within 24 hours to address the issue. Ethan was upfront and provided my wife and me with clear options for replacing the garage door opener. Given that our old opener was 30 years old, we decided to go with a new Genie opener. Ethan completed the installation in just an hour and a half. He went above and beyond by lubricating all the necessary parts and even connecting my Jeep's garage door opener to the new system. Throughout the process, Ethan was professional and courteous, and he didn't pressure us with any upselling, which was a refreshing change from other service providers. If you need garage door service, I highly recommend calling Precision and requesting Ethan. You'll be in great hands!

David B. responded quickly to my inquiry about new garage door openers for the house my husband and I had just purchased. He was very professional and demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of garage door openers as he walked me through each feature of the old units. He identified and actually showed me worn-out, frayed, and broken parts of the old system. He explained the options I had in a clear way, and I was happy that he had all the parts in his truck to do new installations right at that time. David left the area clean and neat and even got rid of abandoned wires that were sticking out of the garage ceiling. I’m so pleased with the results and the quality of David’s work and how quiet the new garage door openers are. I appreciate that the service manager reached out a few days after the job was completed to find out if we had any questions and to inform us about how to access helpful videos that explained new features of the garage door openers. We were very pleased with the work that Ethan Tsirulik did to get our garage door working on such a cold day. He was very professional and safety conscious. We were also very pleased with the scheduling staff in arranging to have the work done at a time when we had both cars trapped in the garage.
