Had an issue, schedules a service on Sunday. Service person was very courteous and went over what he thought the issues would be. Could not pin point problem at time of call, so he did not charge us a service call (even on a Sunday). Sent us a detailed estimate of what he recommended that needs to be done.

Precision Garage Door responsive to needs. Had garage door that wouldn’t stay closed. I needed a new motor. John Delphi gave me options, no hard sell. He worked diligently for 2 hours installing a new motor and pulleys. Very pleasant, professional gentleman. I am pleased with Precision, their staff and how quickly my problem was resolved. After doing some research I picked Precision Garage Door Service for replacing our 2 garage doors (over the Costco provider who was very competitive). After waiting for nearly 6 weeks, I was very excited that these were installed yesterday. Sadly 3 panels in my bigger double garge door were damaged! I was informed by the garage technician (who was very professional and polite btw) that he has filed a complaint that the replacement panels will take another 6-7 weeks! Also one of the the side trim strips was missing and the tech has now installed a white one (instead of a dark brown one) as an interim fix! it was quite disappointing to say the least. Even more surprising that no one from the company customer service bothered to even call and provide context / apologize for this poor service.

My initial call with the friendliest gal was KEY. She then set an appointment for the very next day. The rep Mike who came was great. His quote was higher than a competitor, but I saw i was in much better hands with Precision. The installers were sweet and efficient in a timely manner. The text alerts, with Uber like tracking when the reps will arrive -an added bonus. I wish Precision did Plumbing, electrical, etc...too !

We made a call for service on a Saturday, and the Precision office very helpfully scheduled our appointment for the next day and kept us informed of the technician' s schedule and arrival time. The technician, Charlie Baldissard, diagnosed our problem (broken lock mechanism), repaired/ replaced the parts, inspected the entire overhead door for any needed maintenance, and advised us of possible upgrades. My garage door stopped working and Tyler was amazing in getting it fixed. He communicated with me throughout the day so that I knew when he would be arriving. He was courteous and thoroughly explained the issues and my options to repair. He never tried to push me to spend more money or fix more than what was necessary. He completed the job quickly and it came out perfect. He then walked me through everything he did to show me all the new parts and how it was working. Garage door has never been smoother or quieter.
