I called Precision immediately when our garage door did not open. My husband and I had been using Precision for many years for repairs and installation of new doors. We made an appointment online which was easy. Got text/email updates. Day of, our tech John kept us informed on approximate arrival time, and called 30 minutes prior. John tested our current door, noticed the issues and recommended 2 different options. Our opener was 19 years old, so we kind of knew it was time. He replace our garage door opener, panel and springs professionally and cleaned up afterwards. After work was done Precision sent a text follow up letting us know that if we had any other questions they were available to answer them.

I had Kevin as a technician to install my garage door opener. He was the most professional friendly technician I have ever met. He took his time to explain to me the difference between four different models. He allowed me to review the models and make a decision on my own as to which one I wanted. I was able to make a next-day appointment after our garage door completely stopped working one evening. I was really impressed by the communication I received from Precision leading up to the appointment, and Xavi did a fantastic job of fixing our garage door the next day. He was communicative before arriving to our house and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our garage door. He saved us some money too by using smaller parts that would still get the job done. He was finished within two hours. Overall we had an awesome experience and will definitely be using Precision Door again.

I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service for their expertise and timeliness. I called them to come fix the broken spring on my garage door at 9:35 am. David arrived at 10:10 am!
