We had a great experience with Precision from start to finish. The appointment process was seamless. The technicians, Kevin & his trainee (I forgot his name unfortunately) who came out were knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced. Kevin quickly diagnosed the issue, gave us three options and handled the repairs efficiently without cutting any corners. What really stood out was how smoothly everything went—he explained what needed to be done, worked quickly, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. It’s reassuring to work with someone who takes pride in their work and respects your time. Overall, a very positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others.

My garage door opener failed after 25 years. The technician Rob diagnosed that the motor could not be replaced and recommended a replacement system. The new system has many upgrades from the original system and works great. Rob was courteous, knowledgeable and installed the new system in less time than quoted. He walked me through the operation until I was satisfied. It was a great experience!

First of all, your technician ( Tyler) was very knowledgeable and friendly and did all he could to solve our issue. Unfortunately the cost of adjusting my track to better accommodate my brand new garage opener was so high, that I’ll need to look elsewhere. The cost should have been half what I was quoted and that’s disappointing because I felt this was the right company to turn to. Again, no fault of Tyler. Thank you for allowing me feedback in this review.

I chose Precision Overhead because of the 24 hour service. I was not only unable to open the garage but locked out of the front door. I was disappointed to learn I'd have to wait till the next day but early the next morning I received a phone call from a lovely woman who moved my appointment up to that morning. Killian McKnight arrived on time, figured out the problem and waited with us until the locksmith arrived so he could inspect the whole mechanism. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. They were easy to schedule an appointment with and the communication was excellent. The technician Matt was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it in no time. Matt also provided me with a new remote for my second garage door system that was installed many years ago. I must admit I was desperate to get someone quickly since I had a 2 minute window to get someone the same day. I called precision randomly from an internet search and someone picked up quickly and was able to get a technician within hours. It was the luckiest day I’ve had. Matthew the technician kept me updated on his progress before he arrived, gave me a complete status of my opener and options to repair it with no pressure. I used Precision at my old house in 2025 and 2022 and called them again when I had a problem with my garage door motor. Keven who is with the company 14 years showed up on time accessed the issue and presented 3 options to solve my problem. Given the option I selected he said it would take 2 hours, and he was spot on.
