I cannot say enough good things about Precision. The arm to our garage door broke the day after christmas and we were scrambling to figure out how to fix it. We called precision who sent someone out that day! Making an appointment was so easy and the customer service was amazing. David called us when he was on his way and texted us an ETA tracker. He was very professional and kind during the whole process. David did not try to sell us on things we did not need and was very honest on what needed to be fixed and the different options and prices included in solving the problem. He was able to show us all our options on a tablet with side by side comparisons so we could pick what was right for our needs. David had the parts to fix our garage door within the hour. David was beyond amazing and we will be using Precision for any further needs. Thank you!

I am very happy with the service! I called a bit before noon on a Friday, and was set up with an appointment the same day, with a window from noon to 4pm! Kevin Stasiak was the technician who came, and he did a thorough job at identifying issues with my door and opener, and made clear what fixes were worthwhile vs. what things could last us many more years. After giving some options for new openers, we made our decisions, and then he did the entire job in about an hour. We were putting off getting the door fixed because we thought it would take a long time, that appointments would be weeks out, etc., but we were happy to be completely wrong on that!

The service provided by Precision was excellent. The technician showed up on time reviewed the issue I was having with my garage door. He then presented 3 options with pricing to repair/replace parts and what the warranty for each option would be. I agreed to one of the options to repair and replace an antiquated motor. The name of this company, Precision, clearly describes their quality of work. Everything from the appointment process to the job performed was done with impeccable efficiency. One morning, my garage door came off the hinges and would not open and close properly. I called Precision and they were able to send Sean out in just a few hours. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and immediately assessed the damage and provided a quote. He was all done in about half an hour and the door works fine. Very happy with their service and I will definitely contact them again if the need arises.

I have a garage door that is about 25 years old. The operating system failed and I contacted Precision based on previous work they did on my other garage door. The Tech, Luke arrived early to the scheduled appointment. He was knowledgeable and courteous. The operating system needed a complete replacement. The work was done in about an hour.
