I had some issues with the rollers on my garage doors and in general, they needed a service. Vincent analyzed the situation and gave me some options, including replacing my garage door motors, which were quite old. I couldn't believe that he got the job done same day! Made an appointment for an estimate to replace 2 noisy door openers. John D arrived on time worked up an estimate and clearly explained options. After applying appropriate discounts, I agreed and was pleasantly surprised that he could do the job immediately, since his truck was supplied with everything needed. He completed the task quickly and was joined by an associate, Kilian, who assisted. He walked me through the programming and phone app. Both of these men were wonderful and friendly, answered all my concerns. The opener works perfectly and I would certainly recommend them and Precision Door for any garage door issues in the future.
