John was extremely thorough in his evaluation of our unit and explained the limitations involved with potential repair to the opener. John was very professional, answered questions with replies that could be understood. We were informed as to his expected arrival time and he was very prompt. Besides John all other personnel who spoke to us treated us in a very courteous, friendly and helpful manner. After discussing the options, John used his leaf blower to blow out the leaves that had blown into the garage, without even being asked. Very appreciated.

Ricky C. was excellent. Precision was contacted as our old 20 year old garage opener no longer worked and we could not get into the garage nor find the key. We have used Precision Door in the past and were very satisfied with the service. When our garage door opener failed we called them again. We got an appointment the very next day. When the technician got here to install a new door opener he was friendly, polite, efficient and got the job done quickly...and helped program the remote opener in the car. We are very satisfied.

To: Michael Brickner, President Now a days no one takes the time to write a letter (email) about the outstanding service they receive. Today, I meet your employee, Shane Havrilla. I called the company this morning because when I got up I found my garage door was open. I called the police and my next call was to Precision Garage Door. They had given me an estimate on another garage door I needed to replace, Michael Porta was the sales person. Shane came the same day and not only got the door to close but he did a fantastic job in securing the door so no one could get back in. We had a broken spring/cable on a very heavy garage door. Precision was the first company I called and they booked our appointment to fix the problem almost immediately. The technician was so communicative in when he would arrive, he explained the issue easily and fixed it in what seemed like a snap. Reasonable price, quick and easy, and friendly. Great company. Hope not to need them again but if I do, I know who I’m calling!

Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was exceptional! We have received ads with coupons from Precision, checked with the BBB and saw their high rating and positive reviews. The company's website was very informative and scheduling the appointment online was easy, with many dates and times available. Their communication from the time of scheduling through appointment follow up was excellent. The technician, Randy, was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! He clearly explained everything about the job and presented different options. Randy contacted us prior to the appointment, arrived promptly and worked efficiently. We are very pleased with our new garage door opener and Precision's service from start to finish!

The company gave me a 4 hour window for the appointment, but Randy still came late to look at my broken garage door opener. I told him that the sprocket broke off and and I showed him my perfectly good sprocket cover that he took from me and shoved it into his van and I never got that back. He took a slight peek at the opener, then worked on his iPad for 10 minutes, then came up with two astronomical and highly unethical prices. He wanted to charge me $1250 for replacing a $20 sprocket or $1500 for a new opener. I feel violated, angry and disappointed by highway robbery style business, not to mentioned they basically stole my perfectly functional part of my opener. I called them about it three times, but I am just getting the run around. Needless to say I don't only "Not recommend" them, but I warn everybody to stay away from Paramus Precision Garage door. I intend to report the incident to the BB, as well.

Ethan was amazing! He was thorough, friendly and polite. I had a gap between the doors and the trim yjay was making my basement very cold. He explained everything he would be doing and even told me that lubricating the doors could make them quieter. He walked me through the financing process and was very patient with my lack of computer expertise. When he was done you could already feel a difference in the tmperature of my home. I highly recommend Precision and, if Ethan is your technician, it's an extra bonus!
