M. arc M came out here by himself and installed 2 replacement garage doors by himself. He came on time, was courteous, was clean and did a great job. He was finished and gone by 3;00 that afternoon. Christian G deserves a 5 star rating. He is very professional. He was very through repairing my garage door - it no longer pings when it closes. He checked both my garage doors and gave me information if I ever want to replace the motors that currently are over 20 years old. so far they are working ok) I am recommending precision garage doors and services to my friends neighbors and family. Christian G. is a great technician to have in your company. And thank you for all the updates to this appointment (times of arrivals) plus even giving information of who is coming to my house. (Photo and brief background information). That’s a great security feature during these times. Also your phone staff are fantastic too. Matt D. called ahead of time, let us know what time he would be at our house, and apologized unnecessarily for being in the latter half of our window. I found your website through a 'Yahoo' search. Your website offered a Quick Response. The service technician, Ryan Patrick Murphy, arrived within one hour after I called. Ryan confirmed that the Receiver Logic Control Board had gone bad on the 15 year old garage door opener. He offered to either replace the burned out part or replace the old garage door opener with a new one. I decided to put in the new door opener, which came with a full warrantee, so I wouldn't have to worry about other parts going bad in the old unit after he left. Ryan was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick in completing the repair. I recommend them...!
