Great experience! My garage door opener had failed and my door wouldn't even open manually. Thankfully, I made an online appointment, got a text message asking for more details, and then even had the appointment moved an hour earlier than anticipated. The technician, Kevin, came straight from another job right on time. He was very friendly and professional, spoke to me as he assessed the situation, gave me several options with the benefits of each, and had all the materials he needed to get to work right away. First, he disconnected the old motor so I could get my car out of the garage, and then he got to work. Within an hour and a half, he was finished, cleaned up the small amount of debris he had on the floor, and was off to help someone else. To have such a major job done so quickly and professionally right away was a marvel. This is an excellent company.

John and the precison team did an excellent job in repairing our garage door and setting up the remote access. Setting up the two appointments was easy, they communicated well, arrived on time, and were extremely professional. John provided several repair and replace options and expert guidance. He went above and beyond to ensure our older garage door was fixed properly and sealed at the bottom. He also helped troubleshoot the remote connections that weren't working properly. A broken garage door spring and it was on a Sunday! A search for help led me to Precision Garage Door of Bedminster. They were there to answer the call! I explained the issue to the nice lady and scheduled the service for the next day. Everything she told me would take place, did. Multiple texts kept me informed as to when Xavi would arrive. He arrived right on schedule, assessed, explained the fix, and performed the repair in shorter time than expected. He was knowledgeable and experienced. Precision's customer service is great from the top to bottom. It was truly a pleasurable experience!

Originally consulted with the "Angi" website but did not receive any call backs. One did, but advised it would cost $70.00 for a quote. Representative, David Paz assumed the undertaking of installing an automatic garage door opener for our 2 car garage. After 15 years required a new handle and replaced springs, cable and pulley while serviceman was here since they were becoming very worn. Xavi was the serviceman, who was on time, called before arriving, was very polite, explained everything in detail, gave me various options, and then completed the job in a very neat and timely fashion. Completely satisfied with this service. Door was originally installed 15 years ago by Precision and still looks and operates like it is brand new. I would recommend this company for your garage door needs.
