John and the precison team did an excellent job in repairing our garage door and setting up the remote access. Setting up the two appointments was easy, they communicated well, arrived on time, and were extremely professional. John provided several repair and replace options and expert guidance. He went above and beyond to ensure our older garage door was fixed properly and sealed at the bottom. He also helped troubleshoot the remote connections that weren't working properly. Thank you for your help and service.

A broken garage door spring and it was on a Sunday! A search for help led me to Precision Garage Door of Bedminster. They were there to answer the call! I explained the issue to the nice lady and scheduled the service for the next day. Everything she told me would take place, did. Multiple texts kept me informed as to when Xavi would arrive. He arrived right on schedule, assessed, explained the fix, and performed the repair in shorter time than expected. He was knowledgeable and experienced. Precision's customer service is great from the top to bottom. It was truly a pleasurable experience!

Originally consulted with the "Angi" website but did not receive any call backs. One did, but advised it would cost $70.00 for a quote. I searched for companies within my vicinity and the 5 star rating received by Precision Garage Door Service caught my attention. Representative, David Paz assumed the undertaking of installing an automatic garage door opener for our 2 car garage. David was prompt, courteous, informative and completed the installation within a few hours. Very pleasant seamless experience and the 5-Star rating is completely warranted. I had called Precision Overhead Garage Door yesterday to service my overhead garage opener because it was making a noise when opening/shutting it. I was happy that I could get an appointment so soon -- this morning, because I feared the door might collapse, etc. David Paz was the service man who came this morning, and he was able to not only do the routine servicing, but was able to detect and solve my problem. He was very understanding of my concern-- to him a BIG thankyou.
