I couldn't have been more pleased with Precision's service and in particular, the outstanding technician, Vincent L.,. Vincent arrived at our house within 3 hours of our call and spent the next couple of hours in the frigid cold completely updating the garage door opener system. He was excellent - incredibly courteous, and professional. He clearly explained the current condition of the system, gave us 3 price point repair options to consider, answered questions from both myself as well as from my husband via conference call. If there was a higher rating than 5 star, this company and their tech deserve it.

The repair person was professional and the repair is fine. But this company is extremely expensive. After the repair I was left with the feeling that I had been significantly overcharged. I checked with 2 garage door services near me and that was confirmed. I was charged roughly double what others would have charged. My mistake for agreeing to the pricing, but I would not use this service again.

I though the service person was knowledgeable and present himself in a professional manner I thought the service call and maintenance was extremely expensive. I have paid a little over three hundred dollars to lubricate about 8 hinged and tighten the bolts. I did have new brackets put on safety light beam. As far garage door opener that was inspected on the initial and during the maintenance but I don’t think there was difference in inspection
