This is my second time using Precision and the experience was equally as good as the first. The ability to make online appointments - as soon as same day - was compelling to me. Communication with the company was excellent. I was given a 4 hour window and was continually kept informed of the technician's arrival time by text and phone call. Kevin listened thoughtfully when I gave him the history of the problem I was having. He then patiently and thoroughly explained my repair options and costs.
