Precision Door has excellent customer service. They create a seamless experience for the customer, from the ease of scheduling to the prompt emailing of the receipt/invoice as soon as the job is done. They called to let me know they would arrive about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, which was remarkable given that it was the day after Thanksgiving. My garage door was fixed within an hour. Roberto was friendly and efficient. If I can’t avoid paying loads of money for repairs, I at least appreciate having the process go smoothly and quickly.

I had a problem with an error code 4.4 showing up. Lights would blink and door wouldn't always open or close on first try. Technician was here within half an hour from placing service call. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Since they installed my new system and it was under warrantee they were able to fix it. Thank you Precision for your quick service call.

Matt came out today and was very nice, explained everything to me. I was hoping that it would just be a repair job but due to the age of the door. And the way it was made over 60 years ago the rollers were built into the panels there was no way to repair it . Matt took the time to explain and point out where other parts were ready to break also due to the age of the door. Todays visit was an estimate and a door is being ordered. Should be in in a couple of weeks for installation.
