From the moment we received your advertisement in the mail and set up an appointment with your company, the service we have received from all of your employees has been exceptional. Door designer Damien Gilbertson was extremely helpful in seeing that we ordered just what we were looking for and was able to answer all of my concerns that I had regarding the installation. The two installers, Wilmer and Tim were also a pleasure to work with. The way that your company communicates with its customers and informs them about its employees with their photos and short bios is really unique and a nice way to make customers like me, feel comfortable about the work that will be taking place. The work was done within the timeframe he estimated. He was a nice guy (courteous and professional). I was also pleased that there was primer coat of paint on it in the correct color. The only thing that was different than the previous door was that the windows are not at the top level but at the next to top level. I can live with that.
