We scheduled an appointment this morning and got one for the afternoon. We got confirmation by text and email. Alan, the repair man, called 30 minutes before arriving (at the beginning of the appointment window) and we hot another confirmation. Alan was great. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right away. In addition he let us know about issues that were going to occur in the near future so that we could choose to repair them now or later. He was pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend this company. I would definitely use them again.

Door designer Damien Gilbertson was extremely helpful in seeing that we ordered just what we were looking for and was able to answer all of my concerns that I had regarding the installation. The two installers, Wilmer and Tim were also a pleasure to work with. The work was done within the timeframe he estimated. He was a nice guy (courteous and professional). I was also pleased that there was primer coat of paint on it in the correct color. The only thing that was different than the previous door was that the windows are not at the top level but at the next to top level. I can live with that.
