I have used your company for many years and have been satisfied every time. Your service man explained my options for the job needed. He did not try to pressure me. When I decided to go thru with the work, I was surprised to hear that he could do the job while he was here. It was very hot and humid but he kept going. He is a good representative for your company.

Very professional service. My scheduled time was 8a-12p. I got a call at 8a telling me my position in line. Later, 15 minutes prior to arrival, called to tell me they were on the way. Kevin Stasiak did the repair on my garage. He was very professional and clearly explained what needed to be done. When the job was finished, the garage was immaculate and the garage doors worked as if they were brand new. I will definitely call again if I have issues.

I am very happy with my garage doors. Our Salesman Damien was great. He was very helpful in making our decision on what doors to purchase. We had other estimates but we were very impressed with Damien and how he represented Precision Doors. Our door installer, Marc, did a great job and he was very friendly and also was very patient with me when I had questions. I would highly recommend Precision Doors.

Precision is an outstanding customer service organization. When I called, they knew who I was. When I set an appointment, they sent an immediate confirmation. When they were on the way, the both called and emailed. And when they got here, Tino did outstanding work. The technician came to my house early, which normally would be great but when they called to ask me about this I said I would be on a work call and it wouldn’t work for me. The technician was rude- and quoted me an outrageous number and was justifying it. Since it was right before Christmas I needed it fixed I agreed. Then after the work was completed the invoice made zero sense- I have called the main office multiple times. Twice I was told someone would call me back to discuss the matter and NO one has called. I would never recommend this company and recommend you stay away from them.

Backup battery needed to be replaced. Sean arrived exactly on time, did the job quickly, replaced a lightbulb and 2 slightly worn cables (under warranty). I was pleased with the service and the cost.

Tino arrived on time. Asked me why a requested a service call. Did a thorough safety check on the garage door and garage door opener. He explained what was wrong and what needed replacement. He prepared an estimate and then started to do the repairs. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and courteous. I would ask for him the next time I have a repair issue.
