A broken garage door spring and it was on a Sunday! A search for help led me to Precision Garage Door of Bedminster. They were there to answer the call! I explained the issue to the nice lady and scheduled the service for the next day. Everything she told me would take place, did. Multiple texts kept me informed as to when Xavi would arrive. He arrived right on schedule, assessed, explained the fix, and performed the repair in shorter time than expected. He was knowledgeable and experienced. Precision's customer service is great from the top to bottom. It was truly a pleasurable experience!

Originally consulted with the "Angi" website but did not receive any call backs. One did, but advised it would cost $70.00 for a quote. I searched for companies within my vicinity and the 5 star rating received by Precision Garage Door Service caught my attention. Representative, David Paz assumed the undertaking of installing an automatic garage door opener for our 2 car garage. David was prompt, courteous, informative and completed the installation within a few hours. Very pleasant seamless experience and the 5-Star rating is completely warranted. I would recommend the service provided by Precision to all. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of having John D as my garage door technician. He was professional and friendly. He called in advance as a courtesy to ask if he can arrive earlier than scheduled-- we love that! The job was explained clearly with full transparency about pricing. At the completion of the service, he was open to answering our questions after demonstrating the working garage door-- which shows he's extremely skilled and knowledgeable in what he does. I am happy with the experience and recommend using this company! Thank you John :)

Precision repaired our garage door within hours of the service call. Our service technician, Sean Young, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I commented to my wife that Sean was a perfectionist. He made sure that every detail of the job was done well. He is a craftsman committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. If Sean is representative of Precision's workforce, they are a company worth exploring. They have my endorsement.

I had called Precision Overhead Garage Door yesterday to service my overhead garage opener because it was making a noise when opening/shutting it. I was happy that I could get an appointment so soon -- this morning, because I feared the door might collapse, etc. David Paz was the service man who came this morning, and he was able to not only do the routine servicing, but was able to detect and solve my problem. He was very understanding of my concern-- to him a BIG thankyou.

Your technician was very friendly and professional. He explained step by step the problems that I had. He laid out a plan for what needed to be done but was not pushy and trying to sell me something. I would highly recommend him as one of your stellar employees. Your employee who answered the phone was also very friendly and helpful. Your turnaround time was exceptional. I have been doing business with Precision Doors for a long time and would highly recommend your company to anyone in need.

Today's experience with a Precision Door repair technician was outstanding. The springs to my garage door had broken. I was impressed with Dave's knowledge & expertise about what needed to be done while at the same time listening to my concerns and providing, what I consider, very fair pricing options. Not only did he complete the repairs much sooner than expected, he clearly explained the details of his work and offered some preventative maintenance recommendations to ensure the longevity of my garage door. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door to anyone looking for reliable & trustworthy service technicians like Dave Paz. C.F. Hicks
