Impressed with the Precision web site that eases communications to and from the company . The service engineer Tino who arrived as schedule quickly analyzed the issues with the old garage door opener. Experts at their work. John, the technician, had my door fixed perfectly, and pretty quickly too. Our cable had snapped, and the door fell off the track also. The door is very old. New cables, pulleys, and springs. Answered all questions. A friendly guy too. Can't ask for more.
