To Precision Overhead Garage Door: I was very happy with the service I received from you on June 22nd, 2020. Matthew DeWald was very professional in every aspect. He looked at my existing door and clearly explained to me in a few short minutes what the problem was and that my door could be repaired because he had all of the necessary parts on his truck to do the job on that very same day. Matthew knew exactly what he was doing and he had all of the tools and equipment to do the job. My garage door has never been easier to open and close in the 30 years that I have been living at this address. Matthew was excellent and I would easily recommend him to any customer. We have an older, heavy (400lb) 2-car garage door. We had it serviced a few years ago by someone else but it still made a lot of noise and didn't run smoothly. So after reading quite a few reviews we decided to call Precision...and we're so glad we did. Tommy came out, all masked up, and inspected everything and showed us where the cables were off track and showed us how out of balance the door was. He set to work replacing all the hardware (cables, rollers, springs) and a few hours later we had a well balanced smoothly running garage door. And the final price was even lower than his initial estimate! Excellent service. Highly recommend them.
