The individual who came to my home, Gedas, was very personable and did a great job in helping me identify the issue, strategizing in real-time around potential solutions, and was able to save me from paying what could've been a significantly higher amount given we were able to both identify the issue and come up with a solution to the problem at hand. Thank you so much Gedas for all of your help, and Precision Door Service is definitely very fortunate to have someone like you on their team!

Hello Doug, I have never had a more pleasurable experience with the purchase and installation of a job as I did with Precision Door Service. From the moment we received your advertisement in the mail and set up an appointment with your company, the service we have received from all of your employees has been exceptional. Door designer Damien Gilbertson was extremely helpful in seeing that we ordered just what we were looking for and was able to answer all of my concerns that I had regarding the installation. The two installers, Wilmer and Tim were also a pleasure to work with. The way that your company communicates with its customers and informs them about its employees with their photos and short bios is really unique and a nice way to make customers like me, feel comfortable about the work that will be taking place. You can be sure that I will be recommending your company to all of my family and friends that may be needing your services in the future. Thank you.

The work was done within the timeframe he estimated. He was a nice guy (courteous and professional). I was also pleased that there was primer coat of paint on it in the correct color. The only thing that was different than the previous door was that the windows are not at the top level but at the next to top level. I can live with that.

I have used your company for many years and have been satisfied every time. Your service man explained my options for the job needed. He did not try to pressure me. When I decided to go thru with the work, I was surprised to hear that he could do the job while he was here. It was very hot and humid but he kept going. He is a good representative for your company.
