Technician called 22 minutes early to say that he would be on time. Arrived in easily identified work uniform and asked about the problem with one of my garage doors. I showed him what the existing problem was and how I recently had installed new sensors. We concluded that the sensors that I had picked up were not compatible with my opener. I opted to purchase a new opener and have him do the installation. His work was quick and impeccable. I will request to have him return in the spring to replace the other opener. At first I was ambivalent about the service fee, but after meeting the technician, his professionalism and knowledge made it an easy decision that I needed his services. I am glad I googled garage door opener repairs and found precision.

Lou Rowek did such an outstanding job fixing my garage door opener, that before he left I asked him if he could fix my broken refrigerator. Lou was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and solved the problem immediately. Before Lou left I asked him a question about how do I disengage the door in case of a power failure. I called on a Friday afternoon and Kevin S arrived on Saturday. My garage door had come off the track and the guide wire had slipped off the pulley. It's a really old door. Kevin explained all of the possible solutions and I chose to have all the hardware replaced. Kevin was here for about an hour and when he left the door was operating very smoothly. I am extremely pleased with the service and with Kevin.

We wanted to give a review of the work Lou did on our garage door. The door would only open about 5 feet and stop. We called Precision made an appointment. Lou came out to our home. He called before he arrived and was able to come early, which worked better for us. Lou checked and said there were a lot of warn parts, including the main springs. Lou was able to replace the worn parts and the door now opens and closes much easier. We found Lou to be very professional and worked very hard to get the job done with as little disruption to our schedule as possible. We give Lou 5-Stars for his excellent work at our home.
