I was pleasantly surprised , and glad when the technician Lou, called me an 1hr and 15 minutes before the scheduled 4:00pm-8:00pm, letting me know that he was available, and if it worked for me, he could start earlier. Lou is courteous, knowledgeable about his craft and professional, I ordered the lift master opener, and he pointed out that my hardware was worn, I didn't hesitate, I told him to take care of it as well, best suggestion, garage door is like new, I received five star service, from a five star employee.

Kevin arrived with in the time frame quoted. He was dressed neatly with the company name on his jacket. He was very polite. He reviewed the service order and started right to work. After he finished the tune up, he showed me what he had done. He offered helpful advice about the care of the garage door. This was our first time using Precision and it was a pleasant experience.

I was very impressed by the effort put in and the consideration taken by Scott in helping us get our garage door working again. Even before he showed up he was very considerate to call us and let us know a more specific window of time as to when he would arrive which allowed us to not waste time waiting for him. When he got to our home, he made it clear he didn't want to break anything (door or window) to gain access and diagnose the problem - which ultimately was about the remote control. He kept his word and as a result climbed into the garage through a window at some personal risk. Within a very short window of time we were back to normal - with a new backup remote to prevent a repeat issue. He is very professional and helpful and if we should ever need additional work I would be very happy to have him and Precision back to do the job.
