Experts at their work. John, the technician, had my door fixed perfectly, and pretty quickly too. Our cable had snapped, and the door fell off the track also. The door is very old. New cables, pulleys, and springs. Answered all questions. A friendly guy too. Can't ask for more.

To Precision Overhead Garage Door: I was very happy with the service I received from you on June 22nd, 2020. Matthew DeWald was very professional in every aspect. He looked at my existing door and clearly explained to me in a few short minutes what the problem was and that my door could be repaired because he had all of the necessary parts on his truck to do the job on that very same day. Matthew knew exactly what he was doing and he had all of the tools and equipment to do the job. My garage door has never been easier to open and close in the 30 years that I have been living at this address. Matthew was excellent and I would easily recommend him to any customer. I want to rate 5 stars (each) to Kevin and Tommy today for tackling a super tough job - getting my garage door open!! I had an old (30 yrs) garage door opener and 1 bad remote that decided to quit. I called Precision on a Saturday evening and I was booked with an appt for Tuesday (that was perfect!) The auto text msg feature confirming my and reminding me of who was coming was great! Kevin called to let me know he was on his way (which was nice). Within 15-20 min after, he and Tommy showed up, and then I had to deliver scary news - no other way to get into the garage!! They made phone calls and tried to pair a new remote to my opener, but nothing worked. It was a dire situation and not looking good. I was willing to let them cut the door and dismantle it, and I went into the house while they continued to work the problem. Approximately 5 minutes later, I heard a noise and saw that they had opened the door! Ahhhh!! So happy!!! The door was not damaged either! I immediately gave them permission to install a new garage door opener and it is gorgeous and working! I cannot say enough how much I appreciate these guys - they are top notch, professional (and strong too!!) Thank you - thank you - thank you again!!!

The appointment was quick to secure and the technician name Luke was great in his knowledge of the company products. He was not pushy. He laid out your options patiencely waiting for you to make the decision BEST for you doing the service call. His work performance in completing the task at hand, New rollers, springs etc were well done. I did initially, purchase my door from Precision Garage and their service was, also great.
