I called Precision because they were on Angie's list, and highly recommended there. I set up an appointment for a Sunday morning. The technician was more than professional. He really went out of his way to do a great job. At every step of the way, Pete was courteous and explained everything he needed to do, told me my options and let me decide how to proceed. Even though it certainly wasn't cheap, I would highly recommend Precision, as well.

I called Precision for their hours of operation. My daughter came home from school and called me to say the door almost fell on her as she walked into the garage. Precision gave me a repair time that was not at all convenient and I asked for a different time. I was immediately given a time which was agreeable. I was told the technician would call me on his way to the job. I received two phone calls from Lou, first when he was on route to his next job and again after he assessed the job to give me an ETA. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He installed new cables and replaced rollers. The night was freezing, and his personality deserved a coffee from Dunkin Donuts to warm him up!

A few days ago I had come across Precision's website when looking for "how to" videos about adjusting garage door openers and had been impressed with what I saw on the site. Last night I noticed that our garage door opener was "grinding" when opening the door. Not good. Having seen the website, I decided to call Precision instead of the company whose name was pasted to the opener and to the wall in the garage. I would call that company in the past simply because the name was there. I also saw that Precision advertised "same day" service and also weekend service, but I thought to myself "we'll see". I called at 8 AM and was given a Noon - 4 PM slot later in the day. Greg actually called before 11 AM and said he could get to my house early, and arrived before 11:30. We went over what needed to be done (replace the opener) but also a chronic problem that we had with the door. Greg said he could fix that as well. By 1:20 the job was done. Greg was very professional and courteous and did an even better job than I expected when I first called. And the total time from first call to completed job was 5 and 1/2 hours! P. S. I had him paste Precision's sticker over the old company's sticker before he left.

Gaetano really knew what he was doing. As an inquisitive new homeowner, I had many questions, and Gaetano patiently answered each one while he worked. He was polite and professional as he quickly freed my trapped car. He had a trainee with him who came all the way from California to NJ just to train with Precision. They must be doing something right if someone is willing to travel from CA to NJ to train in the dead of winter.

He actually was getting so technical, I had to tell him to cut it short!! My garage door broke this morning and Precision was able to send someone out the same day. Anthony from Precision came to my house to repair my garage door spring the same day I called. He did a full tune up and replaced by springs, cables and rollers. Anthony did a great job explaining what he was doing and discuss the lifetime warranty on the parts. I had called another garage door company in the morning prior to calling Precision and they could not come out the same day and told me to call Precision. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend the company. I was surprised by the cost, but the service was great and Anthony did an impressive job.
