5*s. Great company!! I called on Saturday morning because I was unable to get the cars out of the garage. A nice lady answered the call and set up an appointment for the same day with Rob Z. Rob came exactly within the time frame that was promised. He offered multiple different options for the repair. He explained everything very carefully and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the repair and highly recommend Rob Z and Precision.

I just recently had my garage door spring break. So , i called Precision Garage Door.They were there within the hour from when i called. Our technician LOU was outstanding. He informed us about situation and options. I decided to have work done and LOU performed the job as well as explaining any concerns i might for preventable maintenance. Repair man (Mike B. Dupre) was friendly and knowledgeable, made an appointment for anywhere from 10-2, they promptly showed up at 10:30, early than I expected. He did a good job of fixing our garage issue (broken spring, and rollers) albeit a little expensive it was well worth it as the service was paramount.

Our garage door opener stopped functioning and we called Precision because a neighbor had a good experience with them about a year ago. Tim Rainey was our Precision workman. He came the same day we called the Company or else our cars would still be sealed in the garage, I'm afraid! Tim educated us ( my husband & I ) in a very thorough fashion, to say the least.He presented us with all the options possible in our situation and gave us the facts on why one approach may be better than another or not. He gave us the exact costs of each option and did not rush our pondering on each one . I even called my son in law to weigh in on our decision making. Tim was patient and understanding of all this and never rushed us at all. He was friendly, respectful and accommodating yet very professional. He completed the installation, went over the bill, explained the warranty provisions and had everthing to us by computer and also by mail the next day. Thank you again, Tim! Janet & Hugh Tuomey

My garage door was sticking in middle of track. I had replaced springs and cables an pulleys over the 12 years I have lived here. Jackson Scutt the service tech recommended I replace all of the springs,cables pulleys and rollers. The price was not too high so I went with him replacing all of the hardware. I was suprised it took him only an hour. It seems to work well.

I called Precision last year and the technician performed a minor 20 second bracket adjustment. He could not have been more professional, courteous and kind. Because of that single experience I called Precision this week to come check out both of my garage door openers. Chris came to the house today. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and did not apply any sales pressure. Well, we bought 2 new openers today, which Chris had readily available in his truck, and the install was fast, clean and professional. Chris was terrific and so was the technician that came to our home last year. Precision is great company with great technicians. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone who has garage door needs.

I needed to have my garage door opener replaced. The Liftmaster is much quieter than the Craftsman-great. Hope it works well. The sping on our garage door broke (my husband thinks due to the cold weather) and Precision Door came the same day and fixed it. Since the sping broke overnight, my car was stuck in the garage. So, they were able to fix the spring with my car in the way. We are grateful for the quick, professional service.

Pete arrived as scheduled on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. He also found my unit had no backup battery which it should have. He installed the battery. He reprogrammed all the remotes even those in built into the newer cars. Also Pete's deportment and grammar were that of an english teacher.
