I placed a call to Precision on a Sunday evening when my garage door wouldnt open. They answered the phone at 10PM!!! ON A SUNDAY!!! I had the tech Tim out at 8:30 Monday morning. What service and what a great guy. I couldn't be happier with Precision.

A little confusion regarding the time frame. Gal who made the appointment said 8:00 AM - 12:00 pm The confirming e-mail said 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Marc called at about 11:45 and apologized because he was running late and would be here in 45 minutes. Fine with me, because of the e-mail I wasn't worried.

Bob did a great job installing garage openers at our house. He took the time to explain everything to me. Very professional. The price is a little high but the new garage openers are much quieter than the old ones. We've been using Precision for many years. We are alway happy with their work and service.

Bob did the excellent job to install the garage door opener, control console and wireless keypad entry system and explained to me how each unit works and how I can do the basic maintenance myself. Overall the work was professionally and neatly done. Only complaint I have is the price quote for part + labor is a little bit more than I expected. Other than that, I am pretty happy with the whole experience.

His name was Tim. he was very responsive and provided me with all the required information I needed to make an informed decision. He was polite and respectful of my time. I originally called to have the mounting bracket for the garage door opener repaired as the 2x4 used in the original mounting had split out and the door wasn’t opening/closing correctly (ran up/down very rough). Ron came out earlier today and made the repair. He tested the door several times and it worked perfectly. Unfortunately, after he left the garage door opener stopped working (i.e., would run, but not open/close the door at all). What he couldn’t have known was that the sprocket gear in the old opener was destroyed (likely due to age compounded by the issues we had been having due to the mounting bracket problem). I called the office and he was able to come back late this afternoon when he finished another call. He provided his advice and I determined the best course of action was to install a new garage door opener (rather than put a lot of money into repairing an old one). He stayed until after 7pm (the night before Thanksgiving) to finish the job! He was very friendly and professional and did a very neat installation. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door, and specifically Ron, to anyone needing service.
