Rich was, like before, amazing, clear and professional. I must add that while Precision seems to have very good technicians on the field, their call center does not echo the same level of service. They weren't as friendly or helpful as the field team like Rich are.

I intended to get 2-3 contractors to repair my garage door opener, but chose to go with, you only because of the relatively inexpensive cost for the initial visit ($69), the professional website. Pete Orlando was very professional and explained things very well and answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial. He was not pushy to sell anything, but made recommendations and let me decide what to do. I replaced the garage door opener since it was very old, added safety beams, new pulleys, and safety cables. Very satisfied with the work and I operated everything before he left. Will recommend your company to others if asked.

I am very pleased with the service of Precision over the last 11 years. Today Brandon came to my home because of remote controlled garage opener problems. He ordered the parts and arranged for another serviceman to come back on Wednesday. Brandon did everything he could but didn't have the (older) parts on his truck. Thanks for his help and the problem should be resolved by Wednesday afternoon!

Really great service! I love that you can get everything done the same day and that the person who's helping you actually cares and willing to spend time with you to understand what's going on. Tim, was great, I told him that we didn't want to go overboard since this isn't our final home, he told me what was critical to repair, what he recommended fixing and in a perfect world what we should do. Made it a lot easier for me to make a decision. -Spent a lot more than what we intended, but definitely worth it. Especially for the service and any future needs we might have. -We had thought about using a larger retailer and looking back, given the service, it was a good decision to go with Precision. Got a belt instead of a chain and got the rollers and pulley changed, along with a new keypad/remote. It's amazing what a difference it makes with noise, it's almost life-changing since the master bedroom is above the garage.

Drew arrived closer to the early end of the estimated time which is appreciated. He was friendly and courteous. When examining my doors, he explained everything and showed me exactly which parts were broken or on the verge of failing. Excellent Service!! It was a great experience! Bob was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He provided several options and we ultimately went with a more powerful 3/4 HP opener instead of replacing the old 1/2 HP opener which was obviously stressed due to the angle of the existing setup and weight of the door. Cost a little more but it's obvious that it was the right choice. We are very pleased with the purchase and installation and would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone in the area. The speed of obtaining service was excellent. The technician was very nice. Called before the appt to let me know he was on the way. Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment, and installation of my new keypad and opener. He kindly programmed them both for me. I am a repeat customer. I used Precision in 2008 & they were great then too so I called them again. I find them a tad pricey or they would have 5 stars from me. this is the only downside. with that said, it was excellent service & that does come with a cost sometimes. Better one pricey visit and get the job done right vs. trying an unknown that would charge less & who knows what type of service you would get With Precision - you know - Top notch!!
