Tim arrived on time to replace garage door springs. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained very well how the entire mechanism worked. As a customer, I also like the fact that the e-mail confirming my appointment gave the name of the technician who was going to come over. I backed into my garage door and the wooden carriage door came off the track and the bottom panel was cracked and badly damaged. There was no way that I thought it could be repaired. Your service tech, Guy, was awesome. He called me to let me know when he would be arriving at my house. He called me again to let me know he would be arriving later than he anticipated due to a complication at another customer's home. He called a third time to let me know he was 10 minutes away. I really appreciated the updates. When Guy arrived he repaired the door and track quickly and professionally. I couldn't believe he could actually fix the door and when he finished, you could barely tell there was damage. I will simply have to use wood filler, sand and paint over the damaged area. In this day, it's rare to find such amazing customer service and such competent service people. I will recommend Precision to all my friends and I will always call you first if I have a problem with my garage door. Thanks and keep up the good work. Guy was great!

We had a Saturday appt. with Tim Rainey. He called before arriving and arrived on time. Tim explained clearly what repairs we needed and performed the service neatly and professionally. We had Tim service our doors before and are always impressed with his work.

Tim explained what was wrong, showed me what else should be fixed and why, and did the work. Garage door rebuild - wheels, cables, springs, pulleys replaced, replaced emergency release including the lock.

Tim Rainey responded to my emergency call - one of our doors was not closing. Tim discovered the eyes were misaligned and a wire was broken. He repaired both quickly and professionally. He also adjusted the door's balance so that it stayed down when closed, instead of going right back up again. Tim impressed me with his patience, his creativity and his determination to solve the problem before he left. He also pointed out that we should replace the springs on both both doors but did not need to do so immediately. His honesty was appreciated. When we decide to replace the springs, we will be sure to request Tim.
