I would give a five star rating to the actual service by Tim. There was some confusion on the scheduling part, where the dispatcher set the expectation very different than what Precision offers. After learning about the confusion, Tim tried his best to make the things work out. I am very pleased with his professionalism and his work.

We called to have our 20+ year-old garage door opener replaced because it was no longer functioning properly in cold weather. Rob Z was the technician who came over to perform the repair. He did an excellent job of installing the new Liftmaster ELITE unit and he was very patient with me in explaining and showing the various features of the new system. He also went the extra mile to successfully set up Home Link in our two cars to work with the new garage door system. With the quality of service he provided, we will definitely call your company again should we have a garage door problem in the future.

I found Precision through Angie's List and the service was fantastic. The technician called me to let me know that their previous call was running longer than expected (although well within their time window for my appointment) and let me know when he would be arriving. He called again later when they were en route. I really appreciated the heads up, it allowed me to focus on my work at home knowing when they would arrive.
