Precision Overhead Garage Door Service installed a new overhead garage door for me in 2013. It has worked beautifully and has just started showing its age. I called Precision to have them replace the springs and do a general check-up. Brian Hallock came this morning and performed a thorough inspection of the system. He made some recommendations for other repairs, touch-ups, with which I agreed. Brian was prompt, personable and very tolerant of my noisy Golden Retriever mix who sang him song of her barks the whole time he was here. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Services.

Tammy,Faber and Kyle were all very courteous and professional.There was a little bit of a mixup but we were able to get it rectified. We are pretty easy going but in the end my wife is happy with her automatic door opener and I am happy with the tight seal around the door.There is a teaching lesson to be learned here.I would hope that the company,maybe during your safety meetings,allows all employees to discuss different jobs and how to make them go smoother. We had Precision replace parts on 2 garage doors nearly 10 yrs ago. One started having trouble recently along with the 3rd door we hadn’t serviced. Brian, who is personable, hard working, and efficient, researched our account and was able to replace one door’s springs and cables under warranty. He also replaced them on the other door along with new rollers at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend Brian and will request him if we need any work in the future.

One of my garage door openers stopped working. Precision Door sent Matthew over the same day. Turned out the original opener could not be repaired. Matthew explained in detail the new door openers available. After my selection Matthew did the installation. He was very fast, neat and polite. He is an expert craftsman and when finished he took away the old opener and left my garage clean.

Precision Door responded to my call concerning my problems with my garage door promptly and provided with me with several time slots to have a technician inspect the door, so that I was able select an option that was most convenient for me. Their technician called about 30 minutes before his intended arrival to let me know that he was on his way and he arrived within the time frame that I selected. He quickly assessed the problems, gave me a clear understanding of what was wrong and what would be needed to fix them, provided me with a written estimate and performed the required repairs very efficiently and effectively. He then gave me some suggestions as to how I might better maintain the door to avoid future problems. Excellent and reasonably priced service – I could not be more satisfied.
