Brandon, did a good job, however he put one of the pieces the wrong way and it broke, second day. It had to be fixed.

To confirm though, we did come out the same day you called and fixed the issue. Be assured that we take these reviews seriously and are formulating a training session for our technicians on issues similar to this that lead to callbacks. Precision was just great. It was about the best service job I could ask for, at a good price, too. They agreed to come the next morning (from a 3pm call the previous day), arrived on time, and called 20 minutes before they arrived (I really wish all service folks would do that). They installed a new opener and replaced some old parts on my old set-up and it works like new. There was no hard sell at all. They cleaned up and left the place cleaner than it was to start, and removed all the leftover parts. The technician really knew his stuff and did what I consider a craftsman-level job. The technician worked straight through and finished in about 3 hours, explained everything to me and offered to answer any questions later. I recommend them 100%. I have no connection with Precision, I'm just a happy customer in Bridgewater (NJ). I called later with a question about remote-programming and they answered it right away. I would use Precision again in a heartbeat.I've been through a ton of service people on my old house over 20+ years (with some real horror storied) and rate Precision as #1 without hesitation, no kidding.

On time,knowledgeable, professional, worked quickly without alot of fanfare and successfully completed the installation in the time period estimated. This would have been a 5 star review with the exception of the cost...which I considered a little high...specifically, adding the service call fee to the total install. A bit of a rip-off.

Vince diagnosed the problem on our old Garage Door opener. It would be too costly to fix. As a result, he quickly installed the new Garage Door Opener. So far, weâ??ve had no problems.
