Very prompt service. Just called this morning for a quote and Precision was able to schedule the job. Luke, the serviceman, was very courteous and knowledgeable and brought me up to speed with the mechanics of the belt drive opener. He helped me program the opener for each door. It's really a pleasure dealing with this company. This is my second experience and I highly recommend them.

We used Precision a few years ago for a rebuild on one of our garage doors. It was time for the other one to be fixed, and I called up, at 10 pm, thinking I’d leave a message and hear back the next morning. What a shock that someone live answered! We got Charles out here the next day and he was on time, friendly and did a great job rebuilding the 2nd door. Would definitely recommend, thanks again for another good job!

Technician showed up on time and was able to tell the problem in one minute. He recommended to install a new garage door opener and explained the reason for his recommendation. The new opener is so silent. And iam very happy with the service and professionalism.

My garage door stopped working 3-4 weeks ago. The traction pulley was slipping . I called Precision after noticing they have a 50% service call coupon, as I wanted to get an expert opinion/estimate. The service technicians that came were very professional and friendly. They however did not carry the spares for Genie and hence made recommendations to change the Motor (3 Options all costing $500+ to $1200). When I asked if the Motor required change, they were honest to tell, it may need change in future as it is old, but they do not have spares to make fix to the current issue and eventually the Motor could give up (since it is old and possibly has wear and tear). The also said they could not honor the service coupon (50%) since I chose not to go with their service recommendation. I gave them full payment ($73 incl. taxes) for service call. I was unhappy as they could not honor service couple and provided the same feedback online. To my surprise I got a call in minutes from Doug. I appreciate the fact that he immediately promised to get the 50% (coupon) charges mailed to me . I am currently still waiting to receive the same and in the meanwhile, was able to get my garage door fixed for $140 from another local vendor.

Service technician was great. Came on exactly on time. Walked me through the different pieces of the doors and how they work, fixed the problem, offered other products but did not try to up sell me whatsoever.

I have read some really negative review about this company on google. But majority reviews are positive. I believe few employee in this company probably didn't do good job. But I will give 5.0 star to technician Tim R who repaired my garage door. Tim was not pushing for me to buy their service and product, but explained to me, how each part works,what will be the symptom if parts start to have problem and might need to be replaced. Overall Tim is very nice person and seems to be very experience technician. The price is little higher than I expected, but they provide very good quality of product and service. They even provided the name and photo of technician before technician arrived.

Picked out from Angie's List. Called on Saturday after struggling to fix problem with garage door remotes myself. To my surprise a technician could come out on Sunday between 8 and 12. Received a call from Brandon and he was here within the half hour. We discussed the problem and he worked up two options for me. He was very detailed on what he would be able to do and what each would do for me. Both would solve my issue. He worked fast and efficiently. 5 Stars to Brandon. He was confident, well trained and professional and sold me on the more expensive solution. Very happy with the outcome.

Kevin came the day after I called, on our garage door problem. A spring was broken and the door movement was terrible. Kevin assessed the situation and recommended a complete rebuild replacing wheels, cables, pulleys etc. We decided on a new opener to quiet the operation and update the opener. Kevin was most professional in his knowledge of garage doors, their operation, proper alignment, etc. He worked efficiently and completed the work in 2 hours, working late as we had to travel the next day. Overall, work & service done was superb and exceeded my expectations.
