Precision deserves our business. These guys really are on a different level. The tech on this call, Glenn G, was just terrific. Fast, excellent service; fixed the problem with our existing door bracket efficiently and courteously. It really has been a pleasure to do business with Precision and with the techs we've met. On this call, Glenn really went above and beyond, and once again we are really glad we used Precision. I don't know what their hiring and/or training entails, but when it comes to personnel, Precision really does seem to have some kind of business formula we could all learn from. Using them really is an education.

Kevin was my Precision Garage Repair Technician. Kevin arrived promptly, addresses my repair issues and commenced repairing the garage door. Kevin located the problem in the keypad. He explained the cost of the repair and ensured the repair was correct before leaving. Kevin's efficiency, professionalism and willingness to explain the issues pertaining to a repair are essential in this line of work. I wouldn't hesitate to call for service from him.

The team from Precision are great to work with. My whole experience from the sales team to coordination and installation was simple and painless. The install crew did their job very well. They were quick, clean and precise. My favorite and probably a stupid item was how clean they ran the wires for the garage door opening module. They ran it for two garage door opening motors, wires are nice and tucked away. Job well done Precision. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for garage replacement or service. Even though I haven't used their service yet, if it is anything like the new install, I am sure I'll be happy with it.

Chris was my technician and he is an outstanding representative of your company. He is very knowledgeable and sells your products and service very professionally. I would give 5 stars on his service alone. However, the company gets 4 stars because I feel the charges are a bit excessive.
