On 1/11/14, Brian serviced our garage door which was not closing properly. He installed new springs and safety cables, and lubricated the moving parts. Despite having to come back once for a minor adjustment,I am very pleased with the work performed by Brian. He was very polite, professional, and competent. Our technician Brian B. was outstanding. He knew early in the morning that he was running late and called us so we didn't have to wait around all morning. When he arrived he explained the issues with our doors. We will be buying out new doors from precision.

He had the correct circuit board replacement needed in the truck and finished the work quickly. He also took the time to inspect and clean other parts of the garage door system. Service was prompt - same day was appreciated. Technician was pleasant and skillful. I was a little taken aback to spend XXX for a new garage door opener when I thought the job was going to be a repair. Clearly the new opener is excellent quality and works well. Surprising to me was to receive a "Moneymailer" discount offer in the mail two days later. I am hopeful to obtain a discount based on the coupon or at least a Senior Citizen Discount as mentioned in the the mailer which was not offered by the technician.
