Your Tech Thomas Sackmann was courteous & professional. He called ahead of his arrival and arrived during the time frame stated in the appt. confirmation (actually at the beginning - which was good). He explained my options for the job as well as the cost. He effected the repairs I requested and performed them efficiently and effectively. I received all the documents that pertained to the job ( ie. appt confirmation, invoice etc.). All is good.

I called on a Saturday. My call was answered promptly. I explained that my opener was 35 years old and wanted to replace it. A service call was set up at my convenience. The night before I received an email and a text reminding me of the appointment. That morning I received a picture of the technician who would be coming to my house followed by a call from the technician that he was on his way. Xavi Ramirez arrived shortly after. He reviewed the options that I had explaining the pluses and minuses. We selected the operator and the options that we wanted. He went to work. When complete he went over how everything worked and programmed my car control. He asked if we had any questions. The service was prompt, neat, clean, and professional. I couldn’t ask for more. Well done!

I just received outstanding service. The repair representative called ahead and arrived on time. He was extremely kind and professional - explaining everything without being condescending. He worked quickly and efficiently in 85-degree heat without complaining. (I could not offer him ice water because I had no power, but he assured me he was okay.) The technician called me in my ohone at 7:30 am today saying he will arrive at 8:00 am. He arrived at my house at 8:03 am. He stared the work and finished after 35 minutes. They installed a garage door trolley or support to ptevent the door from sagging. There was no charge for this service.

I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service to have the garage door in our town home repaired. During the "Polar Vortex" our door opened just fine but failed to close at all. I had to detach the door from the opener for the evening. I just searched online for a service company in our area and your company came up. After placing a call the next morning and dealing with a really helpful individual who did the scheduling, I had an appointment scheduled for that very same day. I was advised that Christopher K would be coming to my home. Christopher actually contacted me about 2 hours before the appointment window began and asked if he could come early. Which I have never experienced before and was quite thrilled. Christopher arrived and was very professional and very courteous. He took a look at what was going on and gave me some recommendations on how to fix it. Once we had a plan in place, he proceeded to get right to work. The day Christopher came was one of the coldest days of the year but that did not stop his hard work ethic or professionalism. After Christopher completed the job, he even helped me reset our outdoor keypad which I had been hesitant to redo without a professional. Your company should be proud of Christopher and the hard work he does! I will highly recommend your company to anyone I speak with. Even though the work completed shouldn't need regular servicing, I was treated as though I was a daily customer. Very pleased with your company and this experience!

My garage door motor broke this morning as I was trying to leave the house to start my work day. I called Precision because of the great reviews I read online. I was not disappointed. The service and work was amazing! Brian was my technician. Not only did he provide me with complete transparency around his arrival time, but he was able to surpass my expectations and arrive early! When he arrived, he was very professional, knowledgable, patient, and all around on top of his work. My door is fixed and the work he performed was detailed down to the last bolt and stud.
