Lou came, saw, and conquered the garage door. Replaced the spring, safety cables, and other moving parts of the garage door. He was polite, quick, and honest. Told me that the LED light bulbs can affect the frequency between the garage door opener and the garage door motor and that I should replace them with regular light bulbs. Will be contacting Precision Door Service for future garage door needs!

Your Tech was supposed to come between 12 P & 4 P. He called me around 10:20 AM to ask if he could come early & of course I said Yes!! It was George Miranda. He was so pleasant, polite & very knowledgeable about what he had to do & answering my questions. I am very, very pleased with him, and your company in general. I hope all of your people are as competent & pleasant as George. I surely will give you all 5 (Five) stars!!!

We initially called for a spring replacement. Upon examination, our technician pointed out other broken and/or damaged components (this was not much of a surprise to us - the door was old and difficult to open even before the spring broke). He offered to fix/replace those parts but also stated that he could do a rebuild package and that the overall cost would be similar. Given the state of the door we chose to do the rebuild package. He worked quickly and efficiently and didn't mind my children watching (they are fascinated by such things). Our garage door moves so easily and smoothly now and feels much safer now. We are very pleased.

Recently, service was required on my garage door opener and was professionally repaired by Glenn Gualtieri. The wait time for service was not long and the repair(s) were done expeditiously. In addition, he was courteous and friendly. The door is used several times a day and without it would have been a hardship. Thank you Glenn.

Purchased an Angie's List deal for a tune up with roller replacement. I also had a pulley fail that was replaced at an extra cost. The service was excellent. My tech, Kevin Bond was very friendly and professional. Explained everything he was going to do and just got to work. He did a great job and came early in the appt window I was given. I'm very happy and will use Precision again without hesitation.

Dealing with Precision Door was a complete pleasure. My call for service was scheduled very quickly and easily. My technician, Peter Orlando, called me to advise he would arrive in about 20 minutes and he was right on time. After inspection, he gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and offered three options. The installation of my new opener was completed in a very timely fashion and Peter again took his time to explain everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use Precision Door again and highly recommend their services.

I am very pleased with the service I recieved today from Peter and his partner. They were very professional, knew exactly what the problem was and how to best fix it. I had the springs, cables, rollers replaced and the lifter motor was repaired. My door now works very well and I am a happy camper.
