Dealing with Precision Door was a complete pleasure. My call for service was scheduled very quickly and easily. My technician, Peter Orlando, called me to advise he would arrive in about 20 minutes and he was right on time. After inspection, he gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and offered three options. The installation of my new opener was completed in a very timely fashion and Peter again took his time to explain everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use Precision Door again and highly recommend their services.

I am very pleased with the service I recieved today from Peter and his partner. They were very professional, knew exactly what the problem was and how to best fix it. I had the springs, cables, rollers replaced and the lifter motor was repaired. My door now works very well and I am a happy camper.

The workers who showed up to help with my garage door repair were friendly and knowledgeable. They not only replaced a broken opener but also helped to fix several issues with the door itself that probably caused the old opener to die. This was a difficult problem to resolve as it was intermittent and as usual every time the tech. showed up it didn't fail. Lou has been very good about responding to this and replaced both sensors and relocated them a little further down and it seems to be working properly. Hopefully we've resolved the problem. Personally I think you folks are GREAT especially with your warranty. You mean exactly what you say and that's rare in business today> KUDOS to you.

As usual the service provided by Precision has been superb. Their service technicians are always courteous and keep you informed regarding where they are in relation to your appointment. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately due to the technician's rather late arrival, I had a 12 - 4 pm appt. window and he arrived about 5:15, I have to make it 4.5 stars. I realize that tech.'s can't always know the extent of each job and he did keep me informed regarding his progress.

When I think of a garage door opener I only think of Precision. In my mind any other product would be subpar and I feel I would be throwing good money after bad. I have had the pleasure of being in touch with your tech by the name of Brandon in the past. He may be the most professional person I've dealt with in any capacity regarding home repair. I'm lucky to have had him service my garage door opener and I think you are lucky to have him as an employee.

Purchased an Angie's List deal for a tune up with roller replacement. I also had a pulley fail that was replaced at an extra cost. The service was excellent. My tech, Kevin Bond was very friendly and professional. Explained everything he was going to do and just got to work. He did a great job and came early in the appt window I was given. I'm very happy and will use Precision again without hesitation.
