Lisa, we are so sorry to disappoint you. We really broke down in two ways. First I realize how frustrating it is to have a repair fail and potentially have to take another day off of work. Second, we did not get back to you in 24 hours. I know we have solved the problem now but that still doesn't ease the frustration. I am going to discount your service as a token of our appreciation. Tim was very professional and quick to explain the options and happy to start and finish the job. We did run into a snag but Tim was loyal to fixing the problem and never faltered in his resolution while maintaining his professionalism. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who was happy to be at work, especially on a very hot day. Yellow pages.

I initially had my garage door opener (Craftsman) replaced about 18 months ago with your Liftmaster. I have been having recurring problems with broken springs, rollers, etc. Yesterday, one side broke again and I could not open the door. One of the main reasons I chose your company initially was that you offer 24/7 service. Brian S. arrived at my home within a couple of hours and replaced all the parts that were not provided by you when the Liftmaster was installed. I would certainly rate Brian a ***** technician - knowledgeable, capable and pleasant!

In addition to having a new garage door opener installed, I also had some repairs done to the garage door. Anthony and his partner were very professional and did a great job. They were efficient and got the job done quickly. The new opener and rebuilt garage door are quiet as a whisper. I am quite pleased with the results.
