Lisa, we are so sorry to disappoint you. We really broke down in two ways. First I realize how frustrating it is to have a repair fail and potentially have to take another day off of work. I initially had my garage door opener (Craftsman) replaced about 18 months ago with your Liftmaster. I have been having recurring problems with broken springs, rollers, etc. Yesterday, one side broke again and I could not open the door. One of the main reasons I chose your company initially was that you offer 24/7 service. Brian S. arrived at my home within a couple of hours and replaced all the parts that were not provided by you when the Liftmaster was installed. I would certainly rate Brian a ***** technician - knowledgeable, capable and pleasant!
