Dear John, Thank you for your comments. We are not the cheapest garage door company in New Jersey. I know my competitor will quote lower prices, especially over the phone. If you look further than just price you will probably find all things are not equal. Our garage door rebuild comes with a lifetime warranty. Most companies only offer 1 to 3 year warranties because of the type of parts they use. The biggest difference in price however is not related to that. One of our largest expenses is related to insurance. Workerâ??s compensation Insurance is by far the most expensive and is required by state law. You would be amazed by how many contractors who donâ??t carry it. If an accident was to occur and the coverage was not in place the worker can actually sue the home owner. These two topics above are some of the items that come into play when we are establishing our prices. With that being said; we still carry a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Quick to get an appointment. Service call due to the door sticking. New rollers were put in. Did not take much time. The Tech was fine. New garage opener was put in last year by this organization. The only negative was I had to call for this opportunity to write a review. I never received an e-mail and the tech told me I would. It was not his fault.

I called Precision because of a problem with the wall remote for my garage door opener having sustained some damage. Since they had been very helpful in the past when I needed a new door and remote installed, I didn't hesitate to contact them for this problem. As usual, they were very helpful from the customer service rep that took the call and scheduled the appointment to the technician (Tim) who came and made the necessary repair. I would recommend Precision to anybody who needs repairs on an existing garage door & opener, or who need a new one. They are very courteous and helpful and we are completely satisfied.

I recently moved into a newly constructed townhouse and one of my garage doors started to make a loud noise when opening and closing. I called Precision Garage Door Service because you are a certified Liftmaster service and repair business. Your tech, Sean, arrived on time, was very informative about the problem and fixed it. I also requested that he service both garage doors since they are used a lot. He lubricated the doors, etc. and explained what he was doing and showed me how to properly maintain both doors. I believe in regular maintenance, so I will be calling Precision regularly to perform annual maintenance on the garage doors and for any problems in between the annual maintenace. Sean was very professional and I thank you for sending out such a knowledgeable and experienced technician.
