Drew arrived promptly at around 2pm. Took a look at our door and informed me of my options. I was told it could all be done during this service call in about 2 hours. Well, he lied! Drew was finished in 1 hour!!! All new door hardware, new opener, done lightning fast and in perfect working order! I would definitely use/recommend Precision to all my friends :) Thanks Drew!

I was very impressed with the thorough nature of the technician's (Pete's) approach to our reserve battery placement problem. He gave the entire garage door apparatus of meticulous check to make certain that everything was just perfect, explaining the process each step of the way. The fact that he came out on Sunday, a day I was home, also prevented me from the inconvenience of having to go into work late. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone!

I'm so glad I found "Precision"!!They came right away on the same day I called them. The first thing Lou did, was to check every part/detail on the garage door to make sure it was safe to fix it and to put it to work again, which I found very appropriate to start with. The door is fixed and I'm very satisfied with the service. Hardly recommended!!

My technician, Gaetano, deserves 6 stars for his professionalism. Simply put, he was terrific. He asked the right questions in order to trouble-shoot the problem: my garage door would open itself at random times after I had closed it. Once he determined that he needed to change the "motherboard," he explained the way he arrived at the diagnosis. He was patient with the fact that I had to tend to my aged Mother during the service call. I am so pleased that Precision sent Gaetano to do the job!

Brandon was our service guy and he was very good. Our 10+ year old Liftmaster door opener pretty much died and he explained that he could repair it but there was the possibility that the unit could break again. We decided to replace the entire unit. I did not feel pressured to buy a new one. Brandon did a good job explaining the options and installed the new unit quickly but thoroughly. He was very pleasant, engaging as well. I liked the fact that he called our home when he was on his way. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing this kind of service.
