Kevin, the field tech arrived on time. He called to let me know exactly when he would be there and he was. He knew what to do and did it well. I had the broken springs replaced, the rollers and the cable wheels. The works perfectly. We awoke to broken springs on our garage door. Also the housing which connects the door to the opening mechanism was no longer attached to each other. Essentially, our cars were locked in the garage. Precision sent 2 technicians (Vince and Kevin) in a very timely manner. Both Vince and Kevin appeared knowledgeable and assessed the repairs. We were offered options for necessary repairs as well as potential upgrades to consider. The work completed efficiently with clean up afterwards. Our experience with this company was very positive .

Drew recommended replacing cables,springs and rollers on my old garage door. He installed all the new parts very quickly and did a precision job. He also showed up pretty close to the appointment time. His explanation to correct the problem was clear and he gave a cost for the materials before starting.
