Initial call started what led to a timely and efficient service visit. Schedulingwas done toour convenience, the Technician - Charles Gripenburg, called prior to his arrival to confirm the appointment and provided us with his ETA. Upon arrival he quickly diagnosed the issues and explained the options. Upon compleion, he provided instructions for operation and contact info for any concerns. He was personable and professional during the entire process.

Our service person was Brian B. He was very punctual (arrived exactly at 4pm) and was super courteous. He explained the issues with our springs and did a timely repair. I thought he was first rate. Precision is lucky to have him on their team.

Lou was my technician today to change my battery backup. After he quickly did that, he inspected the rest of the mechanism and determined the items most in imminent jeopardy were the pulleys and one of the cables. Since I was recently laid off for the rest of the year, replacing the springs, etc will need to wait a bit. I appreciate that Lou understood my situation and found a way to do the work that needed to be done immediately at a price I could afford. I will definitely be using Precision Door in the future, and can highly recommend Lou.

Lou and Brian just worked on my garage door, replacing various parts that were in desparate need or replacement. All work was completed after an explanation of why it needed to be done and how it would be done. The door now sounds like a brand new door. I am very pleased with the service and both Lou and Brian were wonderful to work with---they took plenty of time to explain things to me and I appreciated that. We purchased an Angie's List deal to try out Precision OGDS. It was a great deal! And we received excellent service. We were able to make the appt the same day. There was a scheduling mix up. A tech called to tell me he was heading to my house (several hours too early). Since I wasn't home and this was a scheduling error, they corrected it right away. The tech, called the home office and rescheduled me for the very next day. The next day, the tech arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Our door was loud and wobbly. The tech fixed the problem in about 10 mins. He was knowledgeable and very professional. I didn't have to wait for 4 hours like most services. We love our quiet door. I highly recommend Precision Overhead.
