Have used Precision in the past and always pleased with service and this time was no different. Scheduled an appointment to have Precision check out one of our garage doors that was very loud sounding when closing and opening. Precision said tech would be here between 8am and 11am. Called early and identified himself as Erik. Arrived within 20 minutes of call. Explained his safety check which took about 20 minutes and said we needed to replace four rollers and both doors looked to be in good shape other than that. Gave me the price and it took him no longer than 30 minutes. I had a coupon for a free inspection so it helped. Nice job Erik to keep me up and running. Would highly recommend. Gene

The two technicians were extremely professional had complete knowledge of every function of the garage doors. Explained in detail what needed replacement and why. Explained the difference in quality of the parts versus lesser quality parts and guarantee. Some may complain that the costs are too high but considering the cost of training and professional business expenses to give quality service the expense is a insurance policy with excellent service.
