The service tech. was excellent. Very professional. In hindsight, I thought the work performed was a little expensive. Nearly $XXX.XX for approximately 2 hours work and materials. While I am satisfied with the work and the product, I wish I had taken the time to get other quotes before purchase.

To address your concern regarding our pricing, please understand that I deliberate extensively as to how to set our pricing. I have to be concerned about Taxes, Insurance, Health Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance (We actually have it) Office Staff, Warehouse staff, Management , Fully stacked trucks, and most importantly the best parts available in the industry. I additionally spend a considerable amount of effort training our technicians to ensure the door works as it should. All of these things have cost and I need to ensure our business continues by making a profit. I am sure when you take into account all the above you can understand why I price items the way I do. Also I would like to remind you you do have a lifetime warranty on the garage door rebuild parts that lasts as long as you own your home. Thanks again

Peter Orlando was extremely professional in the performance of the repair to the garage door. He called ahead and attempted to resolve the problem without coming to our residence, but was unsuccessful. When he arrived, he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and proceeded to solve the problem explaining what he was doing as he worked.

Our technician, Robert Zimmerman, did an outstanding job. Honest, efficient, professional service on all aspects of fixing our issues (on time, courteous, clearly explained repair alternatives, risks, benefits, highly competent). He also went the extra mile, ensuring our Homelink auto interfaces operated on both vehicles (for the new opener) and even moved the keypad of the door we didnt repair without me asking. He cleaned up and left no trash for me to deal with. This is the 3rd time we've used Precision and without hesitation, we'll use them again if needed. No overselling, no pressure.
