Our garage door cable snapped with cause the springs to compressed. A neighbor who recently used your service recommended your company. The representative that took the call was very professional and understanding. She even tried to get us a same day emergency service but was notable to. We got an appointment for the following day with a 12-4 window. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call around Noon that the service technician would not arrive until later in the appointment window so I can go do errands if I wanted to instead of sitting around waiting. The technician was very courteous and professional. He identified himself, asked to see where the issue was and after examining the issue, he explained my options the price for each option and the work necessary to rectify the issue. He was very meticulous in explaining what I was signing for when a signature was required. I had a very good experience and a great technician that represented your company well

The communications leading up to the home visit were excellent. Our repair specialist Eric arrived on time; he was courteous and efficient. He explained our options and the costs and was patient with our questions. Repairs were done quickly. It was an overall positive experience.

Woke up on a Sunday morning and my garage door wouldn't open! Tried on my own by pulling the emergency cable, but the darn door didn't budge. Did some research, called Precision, and about an hour later someone was at my house helping me out! I was presented with options, and after almost two hours of hard work, including re-attaching the bar/railing that had fallen off the wall and reinforcing it with brackets and bolts, and putting in some new rollers, the door was opening and closing as good as new. The service person did a great job -- he even cleaned up! It wasn't cheap, but with Precision you pay a premium price for a premium service, and it was worth it for me!

Precision was professional from start to finish - from speaking with someone by phone and booking an appointment to installation and testing to be sure all features worked, including being able to open and close doors from the car. Charles was terrific. He explained several options for repairing aged infrastructure and completed replacement of pulleys, springs and openers in an efficient and neat manner.

Take all the worry out of a very once in a while repair. I have had two doors repaired, and both times I could not have asked for more timely, professional and competent service. Chris and Luke were outstanding. I called Precision when one of my openers failed to operate. I received a next day appointment. Chris and Luke were prompt, courteous and thorough. They were able to diagnose the issue(burned out motor), explained why it happened and ran through several options. I decided to replace the unit and the other 20+ yr old unit at the same time. They had all the parts with them, replaced the system, as well as the rollers, springs and installed a new tension cable that is code, to keep the doors from crashing down in the event that they needed to be opened manually. In two hours they had the job done, no mess and they walked me through everything. The Lift master openers are terriffic and i can barely hear the doors opening now. I highly recommend Precision; ask for Chris and Luke!
