I was very happy with the responsiveness of Precision to my problem with broken springs and installation of a new garage door opener. Tim who did the work was extremely professional, detailed, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain all of the options to the repair of some components and replacement of the garage door opener. He also provided me with all the knowledge I needed to use and program the system. All done the same day I called in.

Service was great! Our garage broke late one night and by noon the next day we had new pulley systems installed in two of the three doors. Technician took his time explaining the problem, solution and the warranty. Very happy with the service!
