Gaetanto reviewed with me exactly what was wrong, and what was needed to fix the problem. He took his time answering all of my questions. He and his colleague (I think it was Joe, but I'm not certain) were extremely polite, and offered to take off their shoes when they came inside. (I appreciate that!) Gaetano even offered to pick me up a cup of coffee on his way over. All in all, given that I had to spend $730, I appreciate it was with a courteous and knowledgeable technician.

I was amazed when your office answered my call late on a Sunday night. The representative listened to my issue and scheduled a service call for the next day. Used Precision for an emergency repair years ago. Called them for an inspection and was not surprised we needed new door openers (ours were almost 30 years old). They were able to come out same day, called in advance and explained our options after a full inspection. Installation was complete for both openers within a few hours. Everything worked perfectly and they cleaned up before they left. Doug J and Brian B were friendly and courteous and did a great job. They explained how the new equipment worked before they left. Very happy with the service and the product.

The sensors on my Garage Door were not working properly so I had searched online for a reliable repair company and came across Precision Door. I put my request in for a quote on Saturday, someone called me back Sunday and someone was out to my house Monday! This is the second time I have used Precision for my garage, they installed my doors years ago and I am still happy with them. I needed a new motor and was provided prompt service....like the very next day. Vince replaced worn springs and cables in our garage doors and installed safety cables. Noteworthy is that he took great care to refashion a J-bar that was incorrectly connected and was tripping the automatic shut-down too soon.

Great service by the technician. (Five stars) I forgot his name but he did introduce himself. Explained everything about the product and what he was doing. I needed to have weather stripping installed, replaced old stripping, this is not a choice give below for service performed. There were issues with receipt of email confirmation of appointment. It all turned-out ok though. Due to the email confirmation, I had to give it a 4 star review. Marie C.

I have used Precision before so I was very confident in their skills. I first tried to Do it myself. I even sought out your video. It was very entertaining and informative but alas I still have my problem so needed to have someone come to my house to fix it. Rich W was great and both fixed the problem with BOTH doors and educated me as well
