I learned about Precision thru a mailer I recently received. I am sometimes wary of the companies in these ads so I did a web search to find out more about Precision. Bob was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He did a very good job repairing our garage door on the same day that I called.

Dear Doug: Thank you for sending out a excellent technician,Tim Rainey,that knows what he is doing. I use a wheel chair to get around and was concerned that the existing door opener was ready to break down and I would be stuck in my car and would not get into my house. For me to get into my house I need to go through the garage to a chair lift that gets me up stairs. I was suprised that when Tim Rainey came out to the house that he had all of the parts to repair the existing door and had the new garage door opener with the battery that I wanted. Now when I am out and the power goes out I know I can get into my home Thank you Robert B Miller

When we needed our garage door repaired we reached out to three companies. The other two experiences were exactly what one would expect. Unprofessional and lame. The total customer experience with Precision was six stars from the initial call to job completion (you need to add another star!). Everyone we dealt with was first rate. At 3:15, the technician promptly rang my doorbell, and proceeded to look at my garage doors and assess the situation.
