My service technician Matt was delightful and did an excellent job at explaining what he was going to do and what he did. Explained my old cables were to tight for the door and burning out my motor. He was quick and efficient. The service was excellent. Matt put in new OPERATING CABLES SAFETY CABLES CAST IRON PULLEY NYLON ROLLERS EXT SPRING BROWN My garage door is quieter and goes up and down smoother.

Very pleased - installation by Sam and his associate was perfect. On time, professional, communicated well & helped me to reset car connection with door opener. Slight problem with work process: Cleanup ! Styrofoam packing of door left many small foam pieces on garage floor & part of driveway. They should have been vacuumed upon completion of the job but were not.

I called at around 10:00 and was given a window of 12-4pm. The tech Brian showed up a few minutes before 12 Noon--most companies are not so prompt. I just moved into a new home and the garage door broke last night. Brian quickly evaluated the entire door system and all of its components. He was able to make all of the repairs and add a safety feature that was non-existent. His work was outstanding and did not take a long time to do. His evaluation was honest and he did not try to upsell me something that I did not need. I would recommend Brian and Precision Door to anyone in need of garage door repair and/or replacement. Going forward, they are the company I will call for anything needed for my garage door!

Excellent is the only way to describe the service. The technician arrived on time and ready to discuss the problems with both garage doors. He quickly diagnosed both problems and gave me an estimate to repair which I thought was fair and honest. After I agreed to the price he began to work. Both doors now work like they did when first installed over 14 years ago. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

This company was everything they stated they we're. Tech called with a time and was on time. Glen explained what was wrong and what was recommended and needed to complete the repair. We had rebuilt our garage door three years ago and purchased a rebuild parts package with lifetime warranty from Precision. We also have a HMS warranty that covers our garage door opener. Unfortunately, our garage door opener stopped working. So, we had called HMS warranty to get it fixed. However, our warranty company denied our claim saying that the door opener failed due to the malfunction of the springs which is a non covered service. So, I ended up calling Precision garage since we had a lifetime warranty with them. I was given an appointment for next day itself. Kevin.N was our technician and on the day of service, he called me an hour and a half before his arrival to let me know when he was going to come. He also called me 25 minutes before his scheduled arrival. He was very courteous and patiently listened to 3 yrs worth of our garage door history!! He replaced the springs and explained me in detail about the process. He even spoke to his managers and got us a new motor approved for our door opener! Yay!! He said he wanted to make things right. I can't thank him enough for the wonderful service he provided. I would highly recommend precision garage services and especially ask for Kevin. N. Thank you Kevin!!
