I rate Precision Door Service with a 5!!! They are always on time, (sometimes early) and always call you when they say they will. They do quality work and explain everything to you. Always a pleasure to deal with any of the technicians. Would always recommend this company to anyone.

Luke was great from his call to let us know he would be coming on time to reviewing the issues and the proposed resolution. We appreciate the professional and friendly approach. Our only comment would be to improve on the warranty period of one year. Otherwise would be happy to recommend Precision to others.

We had a broken extension spring on our door, and I'm so happy I chose Precision to repair it. They had the capacity to schedule a same-day appointment; and our technician, Marc MacKenzie, was fantastic. He arrived promptly, performed a thorough inspection of all the parts of the door, explained all the work in detail, and completed the work very quickly. The door works flawlessly again. Thank you!

This was the first time I personally dealt with Precision and the experience was great! They called in advance and arrived timely, actually early...Louis and Charles were very helpful...ensuring they explained what was going on with my garage door and clearly laid out the options on repairs and warranties for me so I could make an informed decision. We had rebuilt our garage door three years ago and purchased a rebuild parts package with lifetime warranty from Precision. We also have a HMS warranty that covers our garage door opener. Unfortunately, our garage door opener stopped working. So, we had called HMS warranty to get it fixed. However, our warranty company denied our claim saying that the door opener failed due to the malfunction of the springs which is a non covered service. So, I ended up calling Precision garage since we had a lifetime warranty with them. I was given an appointment for next day itself. Kevin.N was our technician and on the day of service, he called me an hour and a half before his arrival to let me know when he was going to come. He also called me 25 minutes before his scheduled arrival. He was very courteous and patiently listened to 3 yrs worth of our garage door history!! He replaced the springs and explained me in detail about the process. He even spoke to his managers and got us a new motor approved for our door opener! Yay!! He said he wanted to make things right. I can't thank him enough for the wonderful service he provided. I would highly recommend precision garage services and especially ask for Kevin. N. Thank you Kevin!!

We were very impressed with the service & professionalism of the repair man that came out. He made the job seem quite simple and work beyond 8 pm to make sure the job was completed. Precision came out to me in April when I needed a new garage door motor. Kevin came out. He was very professional and personable. We loved our new opener. It was quiet and fast. Yesterday for some reason my remote stopped working. Kevin came out again today. He replaced my remote with a new one and made sure it worked. It was a pleasure to see him again. I was confident that he would solve our issue and we would love our opener again!!! He did not disappoint me.

I saw the Precision adv on the web. It offered just what we needed. Brandon, the technician, listened to what was needed, gave us an estimate and we were in business. He replaced the molding, hammered in the loose wood, replaced the weather stripping and was finished. The price was right, job well done, very neat, took about 40 minutes. Good job!!

My garage door was opening on its own. I checked Angie's list for a repair service and found your advertisement. The door was bowed and the rollers have fallen off before because of the tension the bowing caused. The price was good so I signed for the service hoping I could kill two problems at the same time. Because of door opening problem, they agreed to come the next day to do the service. The entire experience was beyond expectations. The problem was the sensor board which he replaced along with doing the service. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door.
