Your sales rep was great and the guy who installed the doors was very nice but left cigarette butts, a Ton of screws and other little metal pieces from the installation all over the ground, is pieces of glass from Our old windows in the garage doors, and pieces of wood from the old doors- all over the ground.

Although his pricing is not much lower than his competitors,the quality of the components employed(cable,roller,pulley,spring and motor etc.)is much higher than average. I won't be calling on you again. While I think the work was done properly and the technician was polite and knowledgable, I don't think I was given an upfront overall estimate of the complete service that was probably needed. So in the end I got a partial job and I'll have to call someone else in the near future. I also don't think I received the AAA discount that I specifically mentioned when I scheduled the appointment. Hours after the technician left I found that he had left the garage door open.

Scott (and Kyle) were great. They rang before arriving and asked about the problem so they were prepared. They diagnosed within 10mins and went about it. Unfortunately after fixing the first problem they then discovered the secondary and more prevalent problem (a shorting safety eye). While they did take a while and they called for backup, both of them were professional throughout - explaining what was happening and why and they both were personable and thorough.

We recently had three beautiful carriage house style garage doors installed by Precision. Since we're still under construction, one of the workers accidently knocked the safety eye sensor off the track and the garage door opener would not close or open automatically. It was after hours but Kelly, a manager called me back and offered to have a repairman out to my house within an hour. I politely declined as I had managed to close the door manually and indicated if they could schedule a service the next day (Friday) I would appreciate it as we didn't wish to go through the weekend with a manual operation nor have the door close accidentally given that we have 4 year old twins. The repairmen arrived Friday afternoon within the time window indicated and repaired the sensor rather efficiently, explained the situation and were very well mannered and professional. I am extremely pleased with the installation as well as the service call response.

I thought that the diagnosis was performed professionally and the work done was to my liking, however I think I paid more for the lifetime warranty than for the current parts and labor that went into the work performed. It was a pricey fix, but needed it done. 5 stars if there was a more competitive price.
