We installed our new steel garage doors last summer to replace the old wood ones. The new doors run much more smoothly and a lot more quietly! The technician was very friendly and did a great job. When I recently reported some problems with the keyless pad, the service line set up an appointment in a timely manner and the technicians came very quickly and solved my problem. It’s been a very pleasant experience from beginning to end!

I scheduled an appointment for a spring that broke on my garage door. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Made an appointment for the next day and the technician on the job, Brian, called in the morning to let me know when I could expect hem to arrive. He let me know that he was at another job, that they would be done by a certain time and that they would call as soon as they were on their way. True to his work and time estimate, Brian called and showed up promptly. Once here Brian introduced me to his colleague that was training, Josh. Both Brian and Josh were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I went over the issues I was having, and Brian explained to me my options. I also brought up some other concerns I was having about the garage door openers, and he advised to what could be done without trying to upsell. I decided to move forward with some additional work and they said they could have it done with 2 hours. All the parts were on the truck and this made the service call that much more convenient as they would not have to come out for a follow-up call to complete the work. Work was completed in less than 2 hours and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. Brian and Josh went over in detail what was done, and how to keep up with any maintenance. Price was fair, and I would highly recommend.

My service technician, James, was very professional and patient. He explained the issues he found and their solutions. He almost finished all the work but stopped short because he needed more material to finish the job properly. All the completed tasks were the difficult (expensive) parts of the job. So it is very impressive that he takes pride in getting the details right.

Brandon called twice before he arrived and was prompt, polite and very professional. The call was to repair a broken spring, but Brandon suggested replacing the rusted rollers and other parts on our two doors that were probably 20 years old. Now the doors work perfectly. The biggest benefit was bringing the system up to code with having the safety cables installed. We were fortunate that our broken spring did not damage our car when it flew in the garage last night. Very prompt and great service. Speedy repair, too.

Andrew arrived on time and was able to quickly determine what repairs would be required. [The problem was that the door had come down automatically on a heavy object, thus bending the top frame and arm.] He explained what he was going to do and what the repair would cost. It took Andrew less than half an hour to repair and test the door. I am quite satisfied with the repair he did as well as his professionalism. He knew what he was doing and had the required parts on his vehicle. I will certainly call Precision Door next time I have a garage door problem.

Scott was very clear in his discussion with my wife and I about what he was going to do, what choices we had given that the spring of the garage overhead door was broken. He pinpointed the problems he saw and made his recommendation of what had to be done. This included not only replacing the spring, but also bearings and side rollers on the door. We gave him the go ahead and he proceeded to do the work. He said it would take him about an hour, but it took him longer since he was getting work related calls on his cell phone. We were satisfied when he was done and asked him to bid for replacing the same parts on the two other doors. He made a call and returned with a quote. We asked him to go ahead, but he said that he did not have the time, but said he would be back when we were ready for him. He charged us $300 deposit as requested by the back office. We thought that was more than we should pay, but when he offered to call back his office my wife said don't worry about it and we paid.
