We were happy with the thoroughness of Tim's explanation of the problem, the actual work and the cost of the repair... once your technician arrived. The technician was scheduled to come between 2:00-4:00. He did not arrive until 4:45; left at 6:50 pm. We did call at 4:00 to see if there was a problem. Our suggestion is to have your dispatcher give an ETA, if the technician is to arrive later than the customer expects. Despite the late arrival, Thank you for the excellent service.

My Battery Backup Unit needed to be replaced. Next day service was scheduled when I called. Technician called ~30 minutes before arriving as promised. He verified my problem immediately, inspected my door and components and completed the service in less than 30 minutes. Brandon was friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure working with Precision and your technician.

I appreciated Brandon returning to try to fix the remaining problems. I can't say I was wild about having to replace the unit ... but it is probably the same unit that was installed when the development was built. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

I had a battery on my GDO that failed after 5 years. I brought it in to Precision and expected to pay for a new one since it was out of warranty by 5 months. Joe replaced it for me at no charge. This company is top notch and consumer friendly. They made my day! They are the best. thanks, to all

I would highly recommend the two service personnel that installed the garage opener in my home. They also serviced the other garage door opener properly. They were courteous and friendly plus advised me of the system function. Great job.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Precision. It was one of those rare occasions that all my expectations were exceeded. I called late on an evening expecting to get voice mail, instead I got a very friendly rep that made an appointment for the next morning. Technician called ahead of time to let me know at what time he will arrive, which he has right on time. He was thorough on his inspection and then explained what was wrong and my options for repair. Job was performed as we agreed and everything worked well when he was done. Price was reasonable (no feeling of him pushing unnecessary services). Brandon seemed knowledgeable and was very customer service oriented and proud to represent his company. Overall a great experience and Iâ??m happy to recommend then to anyone.

I thought I needed a new garage door opener, but Chris found a relatively minor problem that he quickly corrected and then did a safety inspection. The cost was very reasonable and Chris was honest, professional, competent and pleasant to deal with. A rare combination these days. Our technician, Tim, did an excellent job explaining what caused our previous garage door openers to fail and thoroughly explained our options for replacements and needed repairs. Having fully stocked service vehicles worked out great as we were able to get both openers replaced and the doors repaired on the same day without the need to schedule a follow up appointment. Tim also saw to it that all of our remotes were successfully programmed before he left, providing over-all great service.
